I don't know - i asked VS about it in email support and their response was 'we're sorry for the past issues re rewards, but we have no control over this' so it doesn't invoke much confidence if you have a lot o/s.

Dunno why - should be a job for the IT Geek on Monday to run a script etc to pick up on the ones with issues, so hopefully they will do such.

The missing Rewards and individual IDs will have to be verified manually, so as mentioned, it would take some poor soul to rifle through them all over many days, surely.

Best guess is that they 'approximate' the overall value of those IDs and issue some form of credit or block of free spins perhaps?

Its about time they just scrapped the weekend battles altogether and just gave all qualifying players 200-500 spins based on XP accumulated the previous month maybe, less time consuming for players, would allow the site to run much more smoothly, and more importantly players would probably be actually playing with real cash rather than not playing all weekend???

so my wife plays on vs and everytime she’s come first she hasn’t got the rewards seems to get them now and again she’s missing 27 yesterday and has only got 3 today from 12 she’s now rightly given up she placed first in piggy game three times before and not one reward and won twice in the 10p and nothing and so on just vile from video slots and to ignore people on here speaks volumes

Well on a typical battle weekend a player used to be able to get 500 - 900 spins in rewards if they put the time in so giving players 200-500 based on XP collected each month on the last weekend of the month would be a good compromise, and a lot less overhead on IT and staff overall and most players will probably play a lot of it back so wouldn't cost them any more overall. @Team.Videoslots you know it makes sence i would even accept 20p games dont have to be 50p

Add pirates plenty megaways to the list of battles which didn't pay out, sit and go seem to be paying now, but queues are still busted and you spend more time trying to join than spinning.

just based on my own expirence, I had 5 not pay in the first two hours and one since then all the rest have arrived, a massive 11 rewards in 4 and a half hours.

i get ya. its full on hit n miss then.. im curoious about something non battle related.. has anyone ever won a pragmatic prize drop prize ?? when i play if i can afford it i often set at 0.5 to qualify but i dont know if its even real.. was watching some max win videos on gates of olympus on youtube too its crazy in 2 ways 1 - that old would throw more than a x12 at me 2= that even if you have 10 spins left you get ditched upon the max win. anyway thought i switch it up a bit away from the battles... boom

What is the point in meeting wagering requirements to participate in battle weekends if they do not work? @Team.Videoslots you need to do another next weekend. So far I haven't been able to get into most battles bar one or two each hour if I am lucky and I am missing awards from yesterday. This is bad form

That's the thing - hardly anyone is going to have kept notes of what they are missing, and there's no way they'll be able to manually check thousands of SnGs.

Apology and some sort of compensation for all who were able to take part is the best way to go IMO.

Which means we'll get nothing...

What'll likely happen is a shoehorned- in future Battles Weekend to make up for this one, albeit I suspect with the same or similar technical shortcomings

On a positive note, you'll now only not get 20% of what you thought you would have

That's the worst case scenario and massive fail if so. If they only pay out of the battles that players report there will be massive amount of unpaid rewards because a large proportion of players don't keep records.

It should be the responsibility of the casino look that everything is paid correctly to the players

I have logged a list of 40 ids of malfunctioning battles which i will be emailing later but I'm a nerd like that, for most people it's impossible to go back through the history as it clears after a certain point and also how the hell are they supposed to remember which ones paid out and which ones didn't.
