I only started partaking of Battles myself years after everyone else, say, around four years ago, and technical problems persisted then.

So ultimately it comes down to voting with your wallet if the service on offer is this bad. I see the same complaints levelled at VS after all this time, which makes me wonder whether players are just wasting their time there, or whether they've been conditioned into placating VS because of some sense of entitlement?

I get the impression VS are either out of their depth with offering too many Battles they can't run properly, or they're happy to continue churning out broken comps because ultimately, hardened gamblers are fickle and will overlook these things, until 'next time' ?

Yup, missing prizes too. Intentional or due incompetence, neither one looks good for casino brand.

There are actually more rewards (from winning battles) which are NOT crediting rather than ones which work correctly / as they should.

I now have a total (which if my patience holds) which I know will only getting bigger of 10 missing rewards

Said in the past wouldn't whine over a few 10p / 20p missing spins but now after looking forward to the Battle Weekend and so many not crediting it is most annoying not to mention sapped the life out of any enjoyment which may have been left.

With tech errors, the UKGC and casinos vanishing from player choices, it really seems like they're trying to kill off the industry once and for all, read nothing positive in month's

But, a bit chuffed; despite the low RTP, pulled 2500 outta the casino last night, so, actually paid all the bills a week early with a bit of gravy left over

I really hope they pay out every single reward without player's own activity.

To be fair certain members used to be whiny moaning gits who moaned non stop for any reason no matter how minor which is why members bitched as you put it.

But nowadays it is different as the battles are a total shambles and even the calmest of members have lost patience.

I myself would many a time stick up for VS as the grief they got from certain members was a disgrace. Now anyone myself included would agree the battles are a joke. No way i would wager 2500xp anymore to try and take part in them. I am not taking part as frankly why waste time trying to play stakelogic and the rest of the battles that will not work for rewards that can not even be credited properly.

Think they need to really give the whole site a complete overhaul and might be a good idea to suspend battles till they get it sorted.

Also they need to think with what is on offer these days if it is fair to be asking people to wager 2500xp in 30 days to play low RTP slots and battles that even when they work are far inferior to what was once offered. Especially when you think some markets do not even need to wager to qualify.

Nah, no problems on MrV at all with crediting rewards but, then again, they aren't running 24hr Freerolls (read into that what you will )

Sure last time this happened they asked for battle ID's and anything missing was finally credited to individual accounts.

Just makes it crap when you don't get to see rewards building up, helps you stick it out.

I do feel really sorry for the poor sods who have to sit and go thru all the faulty battles and credit missing rewards, also eliminating the fraudulent claims.

Just going to have to hope they credit; not spending a Monday going through 100 rewards

I think that. Since the casino requires honesty from the players, we, the players, should expect the same from the casino. I can not imagine that I would save my results or look in history and send them to the support in order to add free spins. I play to have fun and not bother with pen and paper. If the casino is serious it will solve the prize problem without our interference.
