I had black screen on a Pragmatic game once on my tablet then i switched to mobile mode and it worked after that.
No problems with Pragmatic on my laptop.

They called me about something that had nothing to do with me. It was about another player saying something wrong and they got the wrong player. Then they went actually your account need sclosing so no real reason

Anyway guessing you talked to the Rep did they say why your account is closed for 6 months. Seems weird. If you had done something i would have thought permanent closure of account.

Apparently, I said something that got them on my case. But they actually called me and locked my account the first time by mistake as they got the wrong player. AM I just making up a number?

The last time it happened I got it working fine by using firefox. Its not working in firefox this time or on my mobile. It needs addressed @Team.Videoslots r maybe do not use pragmatic for battles until you resolve it?

Really weird and random error, but means you've always got non-spinners on Pragmatics!

For some reason, I NEVER do any good in the 2nd battle up on a Monday Frenzy. Finishing scores of less than a £1 most times.

Spun it a fair few times and yes, very hard to bonus. Decent one if you do usually though.

Had that black screen error two times.
First time it happened swapping to firefox made things work again.
Second time it happened i tried the same thing, did not work this time so i thought i mighr aswell swap back to chrome, and it was back to working again.

Yeah i noticed that the battles with nonspinner are also taking 1-2 minutes extra to end.
With all nonspinners around its a bit annoying that a battle that is finished after 2-3 minutes still go the full time.
