@Team.Videoslots i think it's been raised by Congo before...i met the 10000 wins (Bonanza) but it never gave a red wheel as apparently (not true) i didn't hit the 750 wins in a day - doesn't even appear as an o/s achievement in the achievement bit.

Don't really care tbh but it has been 3/4 days since i raised it with chat etc.

Talking of achievements and trophies, I contacted support on 30th Jan about achiements I'd had for gold megaways , I got a reply the day after asking me to reply with security questions , and haven't heard back since.

There maybe other games I have missing achievements for, but this one I noticed cause I'd played it for hours one particular day, and I checked through myrtp also, I've definitely completed 500 in one day and possibly 750 but neither is showing correctly , also get 500 wins also isn't showing and considering the amount I've played that game it should be

Same here - looks like some of the achievements are 'stuck', so you can't contribute to them...

Kudo's for VS for, as a temp fix, giving the Red Wheel there: probably seen the amount of spins i put through Bonanza and went 'he must have met it'

Lol yeah that's good. The ones I have missing probably don't have anything behind them (though it's possible) but would be nice they completed correctly with how often I tend to play that game. I know both the 500 day/overall trophies I've definitely completed though. Not so sure about the 750 but it's possible with how many hours I played it on that specific day just prior to emailing Vs

Turning on airplane mode on my phone and then disabling it made it work again. Same on pc by disabling my network adapter and then turning it on.

Since yesterday evening, like you already noticed, many Swedish players experienced issues in Pragmatic games.

We have been investigating on our end since yesterday but cannot find a pattern - it appears to affect some Swedish players, but not all.

We reported these issues to Pragmatic who are checking from their end too.

Just to let you know if you guys have issues running freerolls/autoplay in multiple windows(during the Frenzies especially) in Chromium browsers, it may be related to this feature:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Basically, the browser will stop running things in the background if the window is hidden behind another, there was a flags/experiments feature to turn it off in specific browsers(you used to be able to search for "occlusion" and find the setting), but the switch doesn't appear anymore.

EDIT: there is some settings left, but who knows when/if they'll be removed, here's a thread on reddit about similar problems.
