yo my lovely fellow and loyal vs players!!
Let me start by saying i only joined here @ casinomeister quite recently.. I was so happy to find a niche community of Vs players to discuss things about thier website with esspecially with issues and glitches and general mess ups..
i sometimes try to use the lobby chat in the main battles to gather info etc etc which im sure you all do anyway when you play.. but its difficult as some dont answer and when they do who actually back to the chat afrer a battl;e has ended.. at least here we can all review eachothers messages on a more permenant forum based discussion.. and with this being said:
who votes if @teamvideoslots doesnt return some information soon that we all gather together to casinomeister to downgrade them.. ? because to be honest, ive been reading the messages in various subs in here and through out the site and the ansers are always about the same.... if to become a proper rep all you gotta do is post a picture of when the main battles on are, and give a standard to any question and ignore the community of paying player here . F@*k i could do that for free ... any form of support vs has weather it be here on thier site thru an agent etc etc same grey half answers ... who knows whats going on at thier actual premisis , maybe its empty when they didnt pay the rent or electric bill or something .. anyway if anyone does agree with me write a 12345 message ... maybe then when they do final decide to bother with us.. they can just see a few pages of 12345's lol
 
As much as I appreciate your current frustrations, I think no one will be interested really.

Patience is the key here, I am sure Team VS are doing all they can but some things can take a while to sort and does not always happen as quickly as we would like.

Lets be fair they do provide much more in terms of wager free promotions than anywhere else these days and communicate on here as best they can, remember they are running a very busy online operation and do not always sit waiting to address posts on these forums.

....and nope I do not work for them nor receive regular brown envelopes, just being realistic.
 
Oh great idea downgrade one of the few Rep's that actually bothers to be online because they do not respond every day.

Now not sure what has gone wrong with the battles in VS lately. Last year it was battles not working now it is more some are not paying the prizes. But pretty sure VS wants them working as much as we do. More problems they have the more it affects their business.

And see someone says they should suspend battles till they know they have no problems lol. Maybe they should. But i could just imagine the uproar if they did. Some battles not paying prizes right away gets enough complaints on here. Suspending battles and this thread would go into meltdown.

An active Rep on here is meant to be a Rep that checks in regularly and helps with problems that can not be solved. No need to be here to repeat what everyone has already been told countless times on live chat.

Maybe reason they are posting less answers is because they are busy and sick of people thinking they are here to jump when they ask questions.

Has got to the stage where even at 10 on a Saturday night when a battle crashes people are tagging them here and shocked that they are not available to answer them right away.

They should kiss our feet and treat us like kings, the players are giving them money to play on the casino. They have alot of money to fix this problems they had for almost 2 years now.
 
as you know i closed my account, my girl she’s had a withdrawl pending since 12 last night vs crown sure is falling she’s verified and definitely hasn’t hit sow level deposits. so not only tech issues none stop and people complaining about them on here with other issues they are now slow payers what the heck happened to vs glad i jumped ship
 
@Team.Videoslots is there an issue with the Weekend Booster not appearing correctly?

I played a lot yesterday, but the system is just showing 0.43 for my total for yesterday (Feb 3rd). It should've been pretty much 10 times that amount with what I played.

If there's a known issue, then fine, I'll let you guys get on with it as the site is quite broken at the moment. But if this is a new thing, I thought I'd make you aware!

So updates have been available here and nowhere else that I know of.

That means participants in Tournaments who haven't received anything may not be aware of what is going on - to be fair, us paying customers here aren't any the wiser.

People say "it isn't a big deal" - in itself, a few tech issues are not.

That this is ongoing, no indication of a resolution or timescale is available, previous failed tournaments were not replaced and no real apology was offered.

Updates here are far lighter in detail than they were.

Taken in combination, this feels all a bit like the approach Boris is taking "nothing to see here".

Overall, this is poor form if nothing more significant. Losing faith in VS and feel is is resting too much on its laurels from the past.

It's time for some clear explanations and timescales.

Quite right. I've stuck to my guns - no deposits til this is sorted out properly.

Not happy with their attitude (poor team.videoslots - seem they're being let down in what they can communicate) so am tempted to move my play elsewhere.

Where is reliable, trustworthy, stable and engages well with customers?

The PSP does connect, because the payment goes through, which leaves me wondering if somewhere in the VS system, the payment is not being logged.

@Team.Videoslots can you shed any light on what 'pspreturn.videoslots.com refused to connect' means?
Yes, been seeing that for weeks now! No big deal on this one (genuinely, as the payment goes through fine!), but yet another to the list.

@Team.Videoslots this happens after the card payment has been authorised with the bank.

To be fair i have had similar messages quite often on paddy Power but payments have gone through.

Not sure if maybe just my browser or phone.
