Your XP is based on wager and that EUR 472 is what you have deposited. No cash outs and that deposited amount is just that...you've spent that and don't even have battles to show for it.

Personally I'm done with it now. Haven't had any access to battles for a long time (over a month) despite having spent a few hundred in a rolling month recently. Only had one battle ticket in that time too. Without battles I'm getting nothing back from the site. I don't understand what battle tickets are for if not for depositing players who can't get a big enough balance to get through the wagering requirements for XP?

As a low roller there just isn't any incentive to keep depositing to make up the XP once it drops significantly. If you're above the 2500XP you don't mind depositing to keep it topped up and it's a much better experience because you have the battles to supplement your real money play- you can usually complete a fair amount of wager from battle night winnings if lucky.

You are right. 2500xp could just last one day then not be qualified again.

If for some reason any user missed the ticket due to the downtime, then I warmly recommend that they take contact to our support, and we will have a closer look at what we can do about that. There will certainly be other chances where we give freeroll tickets out to the players, and the site should hopefully not experience this same unfortunate event at that time.

Regarding the XP. It should not be possible for the amount of accumulated XP to decrease suddenly, at least during the day out of nowhere. The requirement is to have accumulated the 2500XP in the last 30 days, so a decrease in accumulated XP may be due to the day changing.
I can recommend you contact our support to have this investigated further, if the XP accumulated did suddenly decrease in the middle of the day.

Regarding the Wheel of Jackpot wheels, apologizes that we missed the that post. The rewards differ depending on the type of wheel, and with level 21 you get a special wheel, which generally does give better rewards then Bronze wheel you get a level 30.

The XP is all about amount wagered and in what games, so you can be in a £100 profit and not necessarily have accumulated 2500XP. There are no reports of issue with XP currently, but if it seems you have much less accumulated currently than you should, I can warmly recommend you make contact to the support, so we can investigate this further and make sure everything is okay.

The wheels are given every 5th level, and from level 25 to 45 you will receive the bronze wheels.
The level 21 wheel is a special extra one given only for that level, and general will have a better reward than from a bronze wheel.

Level 21 takes 210K wagering (XP) so is awarded with a very special wheel with nice prizes.

Level 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 only take 10k per individual level up so 21-25 is 40K and all others 50K (10K x 5) per Bronze wheel, they do earn quicker and easier (tho it does not always feel that way for us low rollers) hence the smaller prizes (£50 / £100 r one of the JP's)

Once you get to level 50, you will move up to Silver wheels where the minimum loyalty reward becomes 100. (Again awarded every 5 level ups 50/55/60 and so on)

My only gripe on the wheels is that after level 100 you go to gold wheels but still only 100 min ( never lands on 200 ) which really sucks as they should really be 150 min 200 max for going up 50 levels as your on gold right up to level 500! not in my lifetime I will get there !!

If you can, try to find that battle from your browsing history there you can see your place and score you're able to see battle lobby. Works for me when using desktop
And same with 00.15 GMT Alice cooper battle. No reward so far
