No word on Frenzy Monday being reran seeing as we got 20 mins at best last night?

Oh think i might actually have won 1st ever cash freeroll now that is a shock.

Saying i think as the dead or alive freeroll still not settled but looks like i was 1st unless it gets cancelled lol.

So if i did win then thanks VS. Will know for sure once battle gets settled.

The reason for not having updated on here with a definitive answer in regard to replacement battles is because at the moment nothing has been scheduled as replacement. If this changes we will be sure to announce it here but for the moment everything is still being investigated.

Since you are investigating and checking errors @Team.Videoslots just thought i would make you aware that still seems to be a problem with some battles not settling.

No big deal as i know it will be settled some point but the 12.15 Dead or Alive battle is stuck on No Win and not sending prizes.

Not sure if you are aware and it is an isolated incident or still a bug in your system. Thought i would let you know tho as i am such a nice guy lol.
 
In other words there saying. Heck no, the site may have been down for a while but we saved a barrow load of cash so NO.
Doubt they saved any money at all, the site being down for several hours was probably more expensive than the Frenzy would have been.

sorry but why are they running battles if there’s known issues with paying the prizes out this been going on for a week now it’s a complete joke
 
Ok.. Last year they tryed to solve problems and gived something for cancelled battless..
Ye just my opinion but current style how they handle these cases is not very consumer friendly. Maybe replacement maybe not who knows.
If something is canceled or system crashes etc. (like monday) then players should get automatic replacement every time.
Next day or later but as soon as possible.

Once again these battles are not free. Points are not free and there is a lot of players who collect points just to get to play these promotions.

And don't get me wrong i'm happy how they handled big crash few months ago for example. Compensation overall was pretty good but i don't like the style that every time when something happens it's like lottery that do we get replacement or not.

Fully agree. Don't like when people say the battles are free, few people might get lucky but surely most players deposit a couple hundred to get 2500 XP a month.

I've dropped several hundred and didnt make xp :(

Your XP is based on wager and that EUR 472 is what you have deposited. No cash outs and that deposited amount is just that...you've spent that and don't even have battles to show for it.

Personally I'm done with it now. Haven't had any access to battles for a long time (over a month) despite having spent a few hundred in a rolling month recently. Only had one battle ticket in that time too. Without battles I'm getting nothing back from the site. I don't understand what battle tickets are for if not for depositing players who can't get a big enough balance to get through the wagering requirements for XP?

As a low roller there just isn't any incentive to keep depositing to make up the XP once it drops significantly. If you're above the 2500XP you don't mind depositing to keep it topped up and it's a much better experience because you have the battles to supplement your real money play- you can usually complete a fair amount of wager from battle night winnings if lucky.

That's pretty bad actually. Yeah, you deposited nearly 500 and turned it over what, 3 - 4 times? Knock on wood, I've been fairly lucky, normally deposit 100 a week and can't remember not qualifying for battles (mostly thanks to few sessions a month when I actually do get some playtime).
 
battles aren’t paying out for me since saturday every battles i’ve won prizes on haven’t been credited and chat aren’t helpful at all. why are you still running battles when the prizes aren’t being credited??? this has been going on since saturday and yesterday i won on swords but again not credited what the heck is going on
 
Did you receive your winnings yet? I am still waiting for a reward from Saturday.
i haven’t had my rewards from saturdays rise of olympus still. i’m also missing 20 spins from last nights swords of khan battles. chat are very unhelpful and one of them even asked me had i used the spins already.. how can i when they where never credited to begin with. they need to fix these problems before battle weekend i’ve really gone off this site this week they have been shockingly shit

hi when i went to chat they said they can’t manually add anything :(

The agents are not going to add spins manually for the affected players while in chat. It is being dealt with by our tech team as it's an issue affecting all players in many battles - the battles raised through Customer service are escalated to be checked and added by another team.

We are working actively to investigate meanwhile what is causing these recurring issues.

Yeah just one of those things. Lol finally win a battle and has to be one with error lol.

But no big deal will get the win once it is settled sure I can wait .
 
hi also on my homepage i don’t see the present symbol which you click and get your rewards it’s completely disappeared from my home page

Just tried it out myself and is showing. Please note, it only shows that symbol when you have a reward that isn't activated.

Most affected battles from yesterday have been raised. But if you are not certain, please contact support with Battle ID and they will raise it for you.

sorry but that’s awful. no fault of the customers that the site went down for hours on end vs has gone extremely miserly used to make it up to us when you messed up. seems you don’t give a flying f about customers
 
They sent promotional letter for the players monday morning regarding evening battles.
They never cancelled battles before estimated start time and no one could play these battles (half of the players maybe some 15 - 20 mins when site was up again).

And when players started playing in last hour VS cancelled these battles also before estimated finish time.

And few days later another middle finger for the players: No compensation.

i guess i'm not only one who thinks that this case was pretty clear. the Replacement would have been a fair game.
This wasn't player's fault but still, once again, players get to suffer
