Last night's was free to enter, this costs £1. Therefore anyone could enter last night without needing to deposit, whereas today, unless you have winnings from a battle, you'd need to deposit to enter. On a normal Monday we'd have had sit n gos running which means that people could make their £1 entry to the madness from those battles.

Well yeah, it's the sensible thing to do from a player perspective. Better to enter with winnings from the Monday battles than have to deposit specifically to enter it. Feels like a free shot at the big prize that way.

the thing what does annoy me with vs is they could just easily credit you 10 spins again very easily as they can see you didn’t play them? and also on other sites they would just more likely credit you the spins after one chat and also i sometimes think do they just do all this to get you say screw it they could easily give you 10 spins again manually. and same for my winnings i’ve got screen shot proof with time stamps and went into chat straight after the occurrence i know they have to contact play and go but with the customer service lady saying she’s had that exact same issue before with the same game then wouldn’t you think they would i just honour me the winnings based on that and the evidence i showed.
