I can’t play the Starburst battle because it keeps loading starburst in demo mode with £5000 balance.

Tried on 2 different devices but they both load demo mode, must be another bug.

Conversion still not adding up with ECB exchange rate.
Still €10-13ish missing from top prize (depending on if using todays or the one from 11th)

You could atleast say "we dont feel like answering the question" or something instead of just ignoring me.

Isn't it standard to use less than favorable exchange rates? just look at my recent Neteller deposit and withdraw. Would have been 30 euro more if i got the same exchange rate on my withdraw as my deposit. This is obviously on Netellers end and has nothing to do with Videoslots.




I really should have my Skrill and Neteller in the same currency as Videoslots, but i made the accounts while i could still deposit to Videoslots using visa.
