No luck in wild west slot. Only got 3 rewards in 2 hours all 3 was in the crap red tiger one totally bad and a waste of my time as usual

I really think VS have changed it so you can only win like 2 or 3 per hour if your lucky. used to be average of around 4 or 5, but not anymore it seems.........

The last hr or two was where I caught up last week. The first hour or two is frustrating more than anything with only a couple of games running.

Got 19 rewards, paid €7,5. Terrible result, always around €6-8, which to be honest sucks. You would think it was a bit up and down, and sometimes i'd get a feature so i'd end up with over €20 at least, but no.

Fair enough mate, but you don't gamble to get freebies back. You know full well when you deposit that most times your money is toast. Nature of the beast.

Whilst I understand it is nice to get something back, I think VS gets it right for the lower depositors - I'm certainly happy with their retention strategy for my player profile (although the amount of freespins need to be increased in the normal battles).

This being said, I do have some sympathy for the larger depositors (like yourself), as their doesn't seem to be much of a VIP programme anymore I believe?

Not having a pop at you as a person but you do seem to want a hell of a lot from VS. You also say you're losing and can't win a lot. Join the club mate. A majority of people are in that boat It's certainly not unique to yourself.

Hit a magical 2nd bonus feature but left it to play as normal took a bite out of my chicken burger looked back and it had retriggered with three characters with 16 spins. Don't think it's meant to do that. 3 expanding symbols in 16 spins.

Yep I do feel VS lacks behind in terms of making it fairer for the higher depositing customers. They always have, even when they did used to have a VIP department. I mean Level 88 shows you how much I play and deposit. We all know how slow and hard it can be to level up at VS. Each level requires 10,000 XP or £10,000 in wagered money to level up to the next level.

So the only thing we get is a wheel spins every 5 levels which is £50,000 wagered or 50,000 XP points earned every 5 levels to get that wheel spin. So yes we are then guaranteed a nice ish cash bonus. Jackpot will never drop for me on the wheel spins. I done hundreds and hundreds of wheel spins so far since they launched them and not once I won a JP from it lol. I am not alone I know.

So then the only other thing we get is the weekend booster. Which is not that good either. The more luck you get with the money you deposit and the longer you are able to play = more weekend booster. Which is rare to get that luck and extra playtime to build a very decent amount in weekend booster anyway.

Those clash of spins are useless and pointless mostly.......... I preferred the races where it was a guaranteed amount each week, if you placed that is......... Most people did place in it anyway, so we was always guaranteed something decent from it. I once remember when I once managed to finish in the top 20 in those races. Forgot how much I got. Think it was around £75 or £100............. Better than a few spins from the clash of spins that currently they have.......

So then all we have left is these battle weekends....... So you see of course we are entitled to have a moan and ask for improvements. We higher depositors, deposit a hell of a lot. I do not excuse myself or apologise for speaking my mind if I feel VS could do better. We have 1 life. Life is short. Money is irrelevant. Everything is Irrelevant in the scheme of things. But what matters the most is retaining and keeping customers happy and making them stay loyal and come back and back again............. I am loyal to VS because it is a great casino but it still needs to be improved and any casino does. Suggestions do no harm. If anything they help make it better for us all if they do get implemented in someway. So they can be a win win for all of us not just the person who made the initial suggestion.
