Well this is fun...not.

Being asked for captcha after pretty much every battle before trying to join a new one, but the thing is I can't even see what it is it's asking me to click on. Come on VS sort this out!

Further to above, the captcha seems to be based on click rate...seems sensible until you realise in order to join the battles you need to toggle between the sub menus in the battle lobby in order to refresh to join a battle with spaces left. D'oh

Completing one or 2 captchas should be sufficient for them to see that.

Come on, this is bullshit. It often takes too many clicks to enter a battle, so the captcha spam prevents you from joining.

Yep it's definitely based on click rate, not had it once since I started leaving 5 seconds or so between clicks. Thing is, it's hard to get into battles doing this.

Well, going by the problems many people are having it is clearly not working properly.

From the link above, it states if customers are having such a problem it is down to the host.

Same, I've not one had one yet either (I click like a bastard to get in each battle too so it can't just be down to rate limiting)

Can't talk to live chat without being asked to go to whatismybrowser, as if the issue is on my end..

I would hazard a guess (i'm no techie) that their DDOS protection will have click rate sensitivity settings and someone from their tech department has set them too high. No doubt they won't be around until tomorrow morning to sort it out.

Seems people have been having this issue for hours now. This is not good.

@Team.Videoslots - Is not even active this weekend and has not even replied once in this thread.......... Not good at all.

I hope you decide to extend the battle weekend for this downtime...........

No clue, sorry.
But site seems to be back to working order for me now.
Not seen the "are you a bot" page for a while now and battle lobby seems to have sped up a bit.
Probably jinxed it by saying this tho.

So just spoke to Tanya in live chat, I said will they be extending the battle weekend for the downtime that has been happening for hours. They said the battle times are preset and CANNOT be changed.................!

Obviously she has no clue....... Yes they can be changed if the staff are actually there and awake to access the site to make the changes........ She said they are working on a fix for the captcha and slow laggy issues the site is facing and she also said the problem is an external one and not one that is at our end she said.......

I find that strange. I just tried other sites I know also use cloudflare and they are not having any issues what so ever..... So it is not external as far as I am concerned.............

It's a bit unfair to expect a rep to be here 24/7 in my opinion.

However, their tech guys should be working to get this sorted (which I presume they are given the response you got)

I am not jinxing it, but it seems the issue finally seems to have been resolved? I am able to join the battles again now and not as laggy, still a little lag, but not like it was. Also not getting the captcha error page now.....

I have probably just jinxed it by saying this now lol........

@MrEvil - If you actually hover your mouse over @Team.Videoslots name it shows you they have not been seen since Friday. So again this means they no longer bother to check the forums at weekends........

Come on Dream it is a weekend and its only a forum I don't expect them to be here 24/7 and neither should you, if you want answers about whats going on you should go to their own live chat, like you have done.

Reps here should not be expected to be here 24/7 or weekends when they have there own site support to deal with issues, just saying

Yeah hope so but i imagine a few would have sat all night getting all worked up.

I knew my XP was done at midnight so left the site till this morning to see if it worked before playing.

Remember some games contribute more than others to the wagering. Its quite easy to track your own XP on a rolling 30 days if you use a sheet etc.

Cheers i dont pay much attention just steer clear of the ones that dont qualify.

Do you have any favourites for building up the XP?

This morning after joining a tourny I was then presented with the recaptcha thingmebobbiewhatsit but instead of touching it I hit the back button a few times then re-followed back to the tourney I was entered in and I entered no prob. I've had to do that a few times but it seems the best way it to avoid actually defaulting is to avoid attempting to complete capture.
Its worked so far for me this past hour

Saw a bunch had trouble playing via mobile aswell yesterday.
