Happened to me about a month ago on sizzling spins, did it happen on mobile? That's what I was playing on when it happened, now I only do them in desktop mode because I don't think it happens when you play it like that.

I had this issue also with a Playngo battle on desktop, few months back, very lucky to hit bonus on last spin but very unlucky the system ends it before it can be played. Went to chat back then, and she told me when battle ends my total score would be updated, i mentioned that i havent been able to play the bonus game but she gave same answer. When battle finished all prizes where send my end score did not changed. As we probably all experience its for most of us freeroll players hard to win some free spins (i dont complain, many players play so lesser chance) , but its frustrating this bug. Ofcourse maybe the chance some of us hit bonus again on last spin on playngo freeroll is not very big, but IF it happens again it would be appreciated if we can finish the round.

So @Team.Videoslots , as a bonus game can certainly make a difference, we can call this a Battle of slots bug. Please try to fix it.

There can still be a visual glitch where the scoreboard is not updated, but the final score should be the one used for calculating prizes and positions is correct. Should you have a bonus on the last spin you can always send us a message with when it happened and what game, and we will take a look and make sure everything is correct.

Unfortunately that has not been my experience. Twice I have reported at the time of it happening and twice been told it will update but it has not. When a game needs confirmation to enter the bonus like Planet Fortune you cannot click to enter the free spins because the battle summary screen is up and you cannot get back to the game. The same happened on Rise Of Olympus.

On my Planet Fortune battle yesterday I had a decent score and would bet the bonus (pardon the pun) would have got me a prize. A little annoying for me when I had 56p in my account and have played nearly every battle I can to try and get the £1 entry into the Tuesday Madness. A culmination of not one prize and trying to turn the 56p into the entry fee has left me a little disgruntled with the error.

I'll put it down to bad luck and move on but to say contact chat and they will fix it is just not correct in my experience.

12th Madness battle and I barely got 300 points.
Again.

I sympathise.

I've only placed in 1 so far. Twice I've come within 50 places of placing. Once where it looked like I'd placed at 597th but then when the board updated after prize calculation I ended up in 606th I think it was. Then yesterday's battle I was 41 places beyond the paying berths.

I can't help but feel that the same restrictions should be placed on that battle as any other i.e deposit £20 and wager 2500xp in past 30 days because all battles are getting majorly overcrowded now in terms of prizes available vs number of registrations. These loyalty orientated battles should be just that, including the Tuesday madness.

OMG woke up expecting about £10 in my account from the Tuesday battle and found £51 instead the Tuesday battle it probably the best thing VS have introduced in recent times.

I didn't realise the Tuesday Madness was open to everyone and thought it was the same as other battles and you had to meet the criteria for loyalty to get such chances, oh dear, my Videoslots flag is getting a bit tattered.

Quite enjoyed playing the other night. Had 7 retriggers last night and paid 250x (not great in hindsight) but if it’s in the mood can be decent enough.

Several 100x plus as well and seems a bit more forgiving than some other PNGs

Yeah. That's "only" around 16600x, and max win on DoA2 is 100000x.

During the PnG problem many wins at the Iron Girl battle (especially the biggest ones from the respin features) weren't added to my battle score. For example:

This 7.68 was never added. I waited long after the battle ended to be sure.
I am sure that issue affected many players and personally I don't think I would have reached the prizes even with the correct score.

As much as I like Wild Worlds as its a decent and fun slot from Netent, it's going to drag on forever due to the bonus round. Not fun to sit through 5+ min to win a couple of freespins.

Long bonus rounds are not suited for these sit and go battles imo.

I think you got a straight answer there Anddi32 Of course they are not going to change it a long bonus means less battles take place and less free spins issued.

Would be the ideal game for the 15k or 50k battles but gonna cause big problems tonight
esp if unfinished bonuses dont register which I dont think they will.
Really wish VS would give bit more thought to game selections, its not hard to get suitable games.
Think tonight will be my last battles, xp is on the point going under qualification and with my recent
luck I wont be trying to maintain it, the cost vs the benifits is just too disproportionate.

a while before) ? There seems to be no clear answer as to whether your bonus score will be added at the end once its completed if the battle time limit has already ended ?

Thanks for the reply I was kinda meaning more - if your in a bonus round (regardless if it was the last spin or whatever), and lets say it ends up being a 10 minute bonus round.. if the battles time limit ends.. and the bonus is still running for minutes afterwards - will your battle system wait and delay calculating prizes until that bonus round has completed.. Be interesting to see anyway tonight, im sure there will be some that end up in this position so will have to see how it works out

I have run into past battles where they ran up to three minutes past end time, perhaps this was why. Unfortunately you cannot join another battle until the one you are in ends.

My experience of Wild World's is frequent bonus rounds followed by lots of dead spins, only a few times wagering in base game. Could be a good one for the free spins rewards maybe. I've had the bonus just drop in after a few.
