My main question was has anything changed as this week is the first time i have deposited and only had access for to 2 days,
I am sure in the past that once i qualified i got 2 weeks access even if the xp dropped below 500, may be wrong but would like to know.
I still think there are going to be a lot of unhappy players when they reach 25000 xp and dont get access for a month.

This depends in January I really struggled to reached the 500xp I just made it over the line which is why on the Sunday I couldn't play the normal battles until I had gone back over 500xp but this month I have 4000 wagered, it depends on luck I have limits on my account so if I have no luck then I won't be able to play but in January I did play to reach the minimum.

Why can I not place in the Canadian Battles! Twice in 3 weeks. Over 90 players and 38 prizes. They take up the bulk of the day for battles. I'm really starting to not enjoy the battles anymore, especially in how much you have to wager, and for what??? I was doing okay in the bigger battles at night, but they have been taken away for rounders! I'm only awake for one battle that isn't a rounder. What is left? Outside Tuesday Madness, what is left? Piddly cashback. I was VIP Status, and loyalty is gone. And please for the love of god, DO NOT say that they owe us nothing. I have never played at a casino that never gave back.....ever, and I never will.

Even back before they changed it from 500 Euros over the last 7 days, it was even worse since you had to wager the equivalent amount in your currency which for Canadians, it was over $750 per 500 euros. I can't see them changing and this is typical for videoslots going to the extreme when trying to solve an issue. I for one will not be playing on Videoslots to have fun in the freerolls anymore and my play will be reduced after this freeroll weekend.

I enjoyed the rewards as a low roller and have never abused anything even if I play just enough to have access to them as I play all kinds of slots. :/

Me either as far as abusing anything. I have deposited roughly 1-3k a month. Lower this month because I'm still waiting for my photo ID, crazy long wait! But the freerolls are not worth it, especially the Canadian ones.

Thats what I'm waiting for! My BC fell apart, so I had to wait for that, that one was 2 weeks. My health card has been 3 weeks today. Before I had it within a week. Since it took you 4, then I should get it some time next week.

No they came from an error a few weeks ago when I played Playtech and the game did not allow me to use the 3x mulitplier.

I thought I took a screenshot of an amazing 135x hit in the bonus where I had a few hits of 5oak cherries with wilds on 2,3, and 4, but it turned out I pressed the wrong button. Doh!

I did look in the history and I have extracted the details for the hit. The very first spin in the bonus got me the third wild for the hit! The next spin with all wilds on 2,3 and 4 didn't hit as much as the first spin, but it did pay around 75x or so.

You know very well that the team does not make the decisions about your battles. There is no reason for you to be rude at all to them.
I think they know how you feel about the Canadians battles by now, and so do we all.
I won 50 cents from the battle you couldn't play.

Maybe I should start acting like that over the lower rtp that you don't need to bother with, or the slower spins for us Swedes.
There is always something to complain about, or to be happy about. Just chose what to focus on.
