I got 10 freespins on Cygnus 2 from a wheel, I activated them, got into the game, did 1 spin and it came out of my balance.
I noticed it and refreshed the game, after that there still no freespins activated, I went to My Profile and they were gone.

Besides that, as another topic. why is the game Itero from Hacksaw Gaming unavailable? The game is integrated in the website since it's accessable through the URL, although if we try to spin we get an error 403 - forbidden in the request.

I've mentioned this old problem before, a while back, it seems that the "My battles" tab is populated with battles entered in order of when they were generated, ordered by most recent(Scheduled battles are generated early, then SNG's are more recent, normally SNG's aren't generated so fast until the freeroll SNG days), meaning, that when the replacement battle happened, its the only battle that's appeared in the tab so far.

This is certainly my record... almost 3 hours in, 25 battles done, 2 rewards of 4 spins each ?
Top that up with being unable to place top 600 in the 15k added prize battles for almost 30 weeks in a row and I might be hitting that 0.00000001% of unlucky

Edit: oh wait, it's summer time, it started one hour later ?
But still, as it's right now, on the real 3 hours mark, 3 rewards, not much improvement

i was in the middle of playing and then wanted to open the battles selection, when the site suddenly says,

"that vs will no longer accept players from my country!!"

without getting informed before, i dont have access to my account now!

but i still have in my account a set of 100 freespins and 10 freespins left from my rewards earlier, also i opt in for the tuesday battle allready!

why didnt you inform me in time, that this will be the case???

The battle generation rate seems to have been lowered so much... 3 to 5 10 man battles per minute... already 200+ queue

There are no "Queues", as I've said before it's a filter to synch the battles up with the 30 man battles so you play the exact same amount of 10 man and 30 man battles.

My 30 man battle is almost over now and I've been registered for Wolf Golf for almost 10 minutes; The "Queue" will end when I am able to register for the 30 man battle again.

Ask yourself why there is never a problem with 30 man battle queues.
