It seems obvious that the site can't handle more than 3 active freeroll SNG's at once, best to replace Frenzy Monday with a more server friendly alternative.

Wow that was a nice new year present. In december almost whole month without any problems. No queues no lags everything went smooth like the old good days. Then a year changed and hello hello here we are again. This is pure torture for my brains when i see this shit after so smooth december

Most of the people didn't even wanted to play that selection... Even when they added Gates to the selection then they replaced it with that BS raw slot.

We are currently investigating what caused tonight's issue. We cant extend it if we dont find the source of problem. However, it might be Thunderkick that is the problem, we had to remove several providers from bigger events as they cant handle the traffic. Last time it crashed was due to Quickspin, which was beginning of November.
As it looks currently, the only providers that can handle the amount of traffic in Battles is Netent/Redtiger/RAW/Leander/Pragmatic/PlayNGo. Important to note is that only one game per provider can be used, to explain why for example we wouldn't be able to run two pragmatic games in a night.

Why can't you host two games from the same provider?
Quoting @anddi32 it already happened and apparently, there weren't any issues.
Also, what about adding other providers as well? Like NoLimit City, Hacksaw and Relax Gaming, I mean, I had free spins in their slots from the wheel of jackpots before so they have freespins feature implemented.

we already know once thunderkick games are on its going to cause trouble and we are the players and u surely know this anyway as it crashes every time with thunderkick. In the providers you have mentioned above you have numerous choices of slots to run for variation so why would you run a provider knowing it will make the server crash.
can someone plz tell me if i am not getting this cause makes perfect sense to me if u know whats wrong why keep doing the same thing?
