Why are you taking away auto in battles too that’s now red tiger and stake logic(the two slowest ones) afik the ukgc rule is to remove auto in real play only not in battles? @Team.Videoslots at least put turbo on red tiger in battles as some compensation this provider is now excruciating to play!

Hero clash appears to be broken
Hope its not another one thats gonna disappear and take all my progress of collection with it.
After Extra chilli meters resetting, and lil devil hearts also resetting to zero and being told no comp for that I will be proper miffed and cant see how providers are getting away with that TBH but alls ok with UKGC as we no longer have auto play F***ing MUPPETS

Off topic from Videoslots, but this case I have a question regarding their sister site MrVegas. I asked support a few days ago if there's a special wheel for level 21 and they said yes. Today reached it, no wheel- spoke to support and they said they'll investigate. Asked them for an update few minutes ago and now they say there's no reward. I have chat proof that support said there's a special reward for 21st level as it's the most difficult one to get. Any advise if there's anything I can do? Especially since I was told misinformation twice?

Well considering I have missed 30 free roll battles since they banned Canadian players from red tiger games. NETENT, and evolution live casino. And they don't care one bit. Not a dime more deposit. Remember they used to substitute a battle for Canadian players. But the requirements are the same 20 euro$ deposit, 2500xp a month to play 1/4 of the battles, here is supports response.

Thing with the UKGC is it seems they think they are there to rule us rather than regulate and protect. Usual behavior of the dictatorial "we know best" state.
Anyway - I got bored - can't stand Stakelogic games anyway, they're all crap. Gave up part way through my first battle with their games - couldn't face another hour of it.
Let's see what the next tournament night brings - if it's more of the same I'll consider it a statement of intent from VS and vote with my feet.

I think the gamble needs to be removed from red tiger battles because if you gamble a win and lose it still counts towards your score.
