Sometimes it does update with a lag. This is just visual however, so no rewards are being paid out with a lag or anything. Players sometimes contact us about it in live chat and ask for their result when it happens, as our back office always shows the updated result after the battle is finished. You are most welcome to reach out if you ever experience the same thing again!

I don't think this issue was unique to me, pretty sure I have seen it addressed before.

I managed to trigger free spins on the last spin of a Hercules tourney, I was actually worried if I would finish in time. I did, but as soon as I completed bonus, game ended (guess I was last spinner), but the score did not update, nor did it after positions were finalized.

Should I contact VS with the relevant game ID etc., or am I wasting my breath on an issue they know exist? In reg tourneys with Stakelogic, you have to "collect" last spin on autospin, at least assuming you are not last player.

It is $1.80 worth of spins, so not huge, but the length of time a bonus round took to play out also prevented me from playing other tourneys.

I got five rewards without that one, I did enjoy the power hour, although I did ditch a guest for a bit (sent him to beer store).

Problem with stakelogic, unlike other providers in tournies, is that gamble option is turned on by default, meaning if you're on the final spin of say 100 spins and you haven't had the gamble dialog, it'll come up. Meaning any spin then won't be collected.
I'm not sure if there is also a problem regarding this same provider when one gets the bonus or freespins in the final spin either.
Needs more default options really because its definately not the ideal provider to have during tournaments.

I suspect they did changed it. I like to play new games to see if they are a "good" game, usually do 100 to 200 spins on them. Been more than a month now I think and have never got any rewards (the blue one for the Wheel of Jackpot) . . . or maybe I never won four in a row with those new games (usually play auto)

Still not a fan of this fruit shop megaways. had a few battles with a zero score, and a few with what i thought a good score, only to drop way down and still not get anything.

i guess it only takes 1 reward to win something... sadly i dont think itll be the fruit shop rewards. lol

well, i made 20 rewards.. cowboy did almost nothing, before dropping 2 x 50x in and the collector so that made it up from those rewards, then 7 on fruit shop almost did nothing but second to last reward i got very lucky with a £17 win.. so about £30 result. very pleased with that considering!

Must admit I was surprised to start with on cowboy dropping 2x 50x in, and then dropping the collector - I actually mumbled to myself , yeah like that'll drop in lol so I made about £11 from those spins , which I was happy with because I knew it could be tough. Then knowing I only had 7 rewards on fruit shop which started the first 3 were dead , to get nearly £19 in total from the remaining rewards was a miracle ! I was very pleased with £30 result , which I managed to increase to £50 and a withdrawal, so best battle evening result I've had in some time.
