Frankly, the overall performance of the games, in and outside of battles, is quite appalling. I previously lodged two complaints about a game's poor performance and inability to load another favourite of mine, but they couldn't find any fault with it or the platform. Lots of questions were asked (repetitively), but no compensation was given - despite my friendly request. All in all, a waste of time.

Agree.
If they were going to use a 10p PnG slot anyway, why not use their new one that also happen to be halloween themed.
Halloween jack would have been great as a 20p slot without reduced rtp.
Bloodsuckers 1 or 2 even better.

Instead its high volatile low rtp slots with little to no basegame.
Business as usual. =/

Stakelogic has a bunch of slots without the Superstake feature.
Since superstake is not enabled during battles or when opening rewards, it does not really add anything.
Would be nicer to see slots without that feature.
Same goes for pragmatic play slots.
Since the extra bet is not enabled, the slots that are already running on low rtp gets an even lower rtp.
Not cool.

That's 12,5 times more than my 7 rewards paid combined. Not even up to 1 euro yet.

I know it usually adds last spin wins when calculating the final scores, but other providers actually play out the bonus.

Its been a while since I played them so I could be wrong especially with the new providers, but as long as the spin finished it should count on the final score even if it doesn't actually show up on the battle the final positions and rewards should be correct.

I didnt get a reward for it.
But its possible the bonus paid under 15x, which was the minimum i needed to place top3.
So no way to tell really.

you should be able to tell by whether your final score under finished games is greater than the one you posted above

If the spin didnt finish then yeah it wont count, I though t you just had the bonus round on the last spin which means it should have counted.

Im probily not qualified to have expertise on this atm as i have hardly played battles on the new providers and different rules may apply.
 
4 hours and 2...TWO rewards; gods that was super fun :P
especially so many battles with players sitting on their 25 spins over and over again until the clock runs out and having just the one battle to play

I really hope @Team.Videoslots this isnt a continuing trend choosing battle slots that exclude your Canadian players, considering how many slots youve at your disposal

So I saw VS has a Guns and Roses freeroll this morning and I thought. Wow that's been a while, how nice is that!

Until I checked the rtp...

It was such a decent slot before with frequent bonuses, and this time I got zero and ofcourse Videoslots jumped straight on the bandwagon and implemented the lower rtp version... Sad times.

It was changed at the same time as Starburst,fruitshop,twin spin etc got changed.
Pretty sure its 5 slots so far, cant remember the last one.

It becomes extra noticeable on games like guns and roses, because the orignal runs just under 97% rtp, so its a 3% drop (2.92% to be exact)

I didn't remember that guns and Roses had changed also, I know they were coming though.

Twin spin, fruit shop, reel rush, guns and roses, stsrburst so far then.

Waiting for the 94% doa2 version now

Any progress on this? i used 2 free spin rewards last night, got 1 spin out of the first and nothing out of the 2nd, so thats 9 spins missing, and they havent been replaced yet. I still have 5 rewards left, but i don't want to try playing them before i know everything is sorted.

But i played 6 rewards, all giving me 1 spin each.
So according to my calculations that is about 143 spins missing.
Please add them @Team.Videoslots

I talked to Chat yesterday and they put me on a list, they said they are going to tell me when it´s fixed via mail.
I used 3 rewards yesterday that didn´t work so i lost 12 spins, have 9 rewards left that i don´t touch.

Yeah, i did too, but i havent heard anything yet, and i was getting impatient :laugh:
 
I would like to request Madame Ink for an upcoming thursday battle, seems like a pretty nice game. Well designed, and not a 49/10 on the volatility scale.
 
I don't understand how they plan to fix it. Will they go through every reward? Every account? Can they see if some was broken? Can they see that by the ones that's already been opened six was mine :D
I stopped playing after those six and haven't talked to chat. I maybe will have to do that so please post when you hear back from them. I guess that will be some day next week.

Just run a scrip that replaces broken rewards with new ones. I just got 2 rewards back on the game now, so i guess they fixed it.

That's a really nice win, gz!

I played my wild wild whatever rewards, but i could have just used them last night as the number of spins made no difference, still paid nothing.

All of this is getting rather boring, so much money for less returns as time goes by and the rtp gets lowered on more and more games. I want my fun back damnit, this sucks.
 
I can see why people complained about Stakelogic games being slow, Rambo is taking 7-15 seconds for every spin.
