Most casino's forbid the use of VPN's as it may be against AML (Anti Money Laundering) policy for Licenses that they hold.

Saying that I am sure that VPN's are not banned at every single casino and some may allow it, but it's always better to find out from the Casino itself before even attempting to log in or play games using a VPN.

Also you suggested one of the worst VPN's out there.

Cyberghost is the best among the lot and has a free version. The downside being you can be logged on to their VPN service for 3 hours, then you will get disconnected and have to reconnect again (A mild inconvenience).

I can't play anymore either, I can register for battles, and tried to use some free spins, but when I try open the game I get the same message about players from Australia

Many of the current 1000 battles are filling up fairly quickly. Missed at least 3 over last couple of days due to being full. I know this causes frustration and upset to some players and just wanted to give u the heads up x

Hi Dan,

Huge battle problem. Happened just now on the 200 Guaranteed - Rebuy Jack and the Beanstalk.
I am 5th and I am only 612 points from 1st place when I make my last rebuy of 40 spins (8.00 battle money), I would only need 76% RTP for those 40 spins to get 1st place and the game was paying over 120% for me at the moment. 1st place kind of guaranteed.

But here comes the problem. I make the rebuy from the pop-up (cost paid from my balance) and return to battle (refresh page). 40 spins are added, but their value of 8.00 battle money is not added to my battle balance!
As a result the battle automaticaly thinks I used all my "battle money" and since there are no more rebuys it closes for me with the 40 spins unused!



I spoke with Glenn G who loged in my acc and confirmed this, but unable to help.
Problem needs to be fixed otherwise there is no point for battles.
And I should get the equivalent of 1st place prize for that battle. Just a 2 euro refund for the rebuy is not good enough, the rebuy's worth is 1st place prize.
I am at the last paying position now with 40 min left.

Despite depositing approx. £100 with VS over the last 14 days, without any withdrawals, I still haven't reached the $500 wagering requirement - so I'm unable to play any free rolls or enter the SNG's battles this week.

I checked with chat last night and I was about $70 shy, but have since deposited (and lost) another £30 and have still not reached the $500 and now I can't go to the ball tonight...(sad face !)

While I'm sure it probably doesn't help that I only play very low stakes (9p-35p usually), I imagine lots of us low rollers tend to do this, to both extend our playing time and remain within our budgets etc...whilst hoping for that big win (Am I right other LR's?)

Also, without wanting to ruffle any feathers (hides behind laptop), I think it's probably players like us who are usually more in need of (and certainly very grateful for!) the opportunity to win a few free spins here and there, than those with much larger budgets?
