Hi all,

We found an error that was creating the lag so we had to cancel the Happy Hour Battles to fix it. We will turn them on again if we manage to fix the issue during the evening.

i did try a few things but main problem came when the big 4000 battles started tryed 2 different browsers aswell as clearing all cookie and stuff

Well I am getting that annoying bug again.

Activated 2 rewards on book of dead and they still have not shown up in the game. tried clearing cache and logging in and out and also refreshing game like 10 times. And they are not showing :(

well its good news that the VS team are on with sorting it. fingers crossed that they will debug it soon and the free fun can continue lol. Untill then i better get cracking with the housework x - x

Thanks for the updates on here. Just a thought, but are your support staff not able to send a blanket update out on the various chats - either just before they are postponed/cancelled or perhaps give the occasional update at the start of the normal free rolls? I bet they're inundated going by the moaning going on (Not from most CM members I must add!), so surely this would save them repeating themselves and give them more time for other issues. xx

Yeah, mixed responses from Live Chat. I was told it was cancelled all together.
 
There is something you can do. Book has an x in the bottom right corner. Click that, it will "close" the game, just hit refresh right away and it restarts and the spins should be there.

I never noticed that x at the bottom. I always just used the iframe x top right.

I noticed today that when activating my BoD token spins I had to wager at least one spin even if it was 1c or for them to activate even if I had no funds, just pressing spin would then load the offer window.

Hi, I haven't seen any postings past the one I wrote hours ago. I see the freeroll battles have gone, and apparently never returned and quite frankly I am a bit dirty on this.

VS you have done nothing but be inconsistent, unhelpful during support chats and the last 2-3 sets of Freerolls have resulted in early termination. Your staff all say different reasons to different people when you should be conversing with your support team to ensure correct information is given.

I've deposited quite a few hundred this week, as I do each week, and I look forward to these battles because the RTP for me is absolute mud, has been for weeks, but you just appear to treat us like garbage as of late.

I was told you got what you wanted and closed the battles, well how about being cemented in the fact of giving your customers what they want. Consistency. And that's not by cancelling battles thats by keeping to your word which is becoming mud.

As it is, as an Australian player our options are limited, so you would have had an influx of people, but by being a veteran Australian player 2013 it says i joined I have to say, you have dropped well below the 98% rep that they seem to have you here.

As I told Milla in the live chat last night, it is no longer good enough. You have a news section and facebook page. Start using it more.

The freerolls we had today was for testing and we informed this in the news posts and on the forums that we would cancel the Happy Hour freerolls if something would go wrong or our site would start to lag. We will continue with our testing tomorrow and we are trying to tweak or system so we can run our promotions without effecting the game play outside the Battles.

I will bring your feedback with me that to our team regarding facebook and that we should use that as source for information for our players.

I too have deposited hundreds this week,as I have in previous weeks. I see no other casino that strives to get everything right. The fact that they have a fantastic rep camped in Casinomeister week in week out in preparation to respond to every question is proof for me that no other casino comes close to them ( Even though there are other fantastic Casino's and reps in Casinomeister ).

Videoslots want to listen and use feedback to improve. If they never did these free battle days would it be a deal breaker?

I only found out about casinomeister yesterday from VS players because their news section and facebook page doesn't get updates often. It's nice they have someone here, but i wouldn't expect anything less from a company.

The Casino GUTS who I was with (which closed down to Australian players with the new Australian laws) didn't have freeroll battles, so no, it's not a dealbreaker. However, my money is just as good as the next persons and I am allowed to hold certain expectations, which are not that high.

Then again maybe I was just treated too good with GUTS VIP and this type of service is the norm for everyone, or that everyone's used to it but If I am going to set aside a day to play freerolls I should have that day as should everyone else who has deposited.

"Test Battle" is just a get out of jail free card as far as I am concerned. Because it means that when they have either lost too much or are having "server issues" then pulling completely without so much as an update.

Last I read from here is they were coming back within 1-2 hours and that was before I went to bed but no-ones seen them or even had a notice posted.

Come on now. if you wanna bitch about slow payments, chat issues, verification or something else go for it. But complaining like this over a freebie that was unplanned, non promotional and sort spur of the moment to do some testing makes you look like a bad sport!

As for them sending out freeroll battle tickets even though we qualified, it would probably be pretty hard to try and dig through all the players that have and have not. Im not sure why it makes you salty. But try being less salty!

It was an unplanned extra freebie that relied on the instant feedback from places like Casinomeister to help locate and fix future issues that could otherwise effect planned freebies.
The rep (Dan) appeared to have been awake all night after evidently being awake all day dealing as usual with day to day issues. Is he not allowed to have any rest or sleep for gods sake?
As for GUTS spoiling you as a VIP I suggest that you type in GUTS in the search bar and see how they have been performing lately.

Actually I have a gripe Dan. In future when triggering an unplanned giveaway day will you first contact me to see if I will miss out participating due to work commitments so you can fit it in during my off time instead ?

First off. Can I say how bad you have just made yourself look?

Yes it sucks that the Australian government has changed their laws and now the places that you can play at are now very limited. And I am sorry about that. But just think of all the american players who can only play at RTG casinos and 3dice casino.

At least you are still able to play at videoslots. Although new players from Australia can no longer sign up.

I mean come on dude. It was stated clearly in the news release it was test battles. You obviously have got no idea how great Videoslots casino is. And you moaning and complaining about *test freebie battles* is just plain selfish and as I said it only makes you look bad. No one else.

Dan does an amazing job. As I said in many threads on CM before he is the best rep in the industry. And for you to say that VS sucks is quite frankly wrong in every aspect.

So get of your high horse and be thankful that they even do these freerolls in the first place. Be it testing ones or not.

As a web dev myself. You have to test things out because server load is a major issue and many factors can be causing lag and other issues. So testing things out is normal.

So enough said.

Saberon is new to the forum and now seems the target for venting - why can't you just post about how great you think VS is without making it personal.

I wasn't being harsh at all. I was merely just stating some home truths to him.
 
Just wanted to add, I wasn't having a moan - just putting an idea forward which might take the strain off of the support staff on occasions like yesterday. I wasn't expecting the test battles - so was really pleased they started just as my money went in the bank at Midnight Friday - I got my BOTD fix and they probably saved me a fortune lol! It was made clear they'd be cancelled if any problems arose - I just think a quick news update saying 'that's all folks' may have stopped a few headaches in support :D.

I was actually almost glad they were cancelled - I went out like a normal human being yesterday afternoon and allsorts hahaha! ;):thumbsup:

I think your feedback was valuable, it would be awesome if a message could be sent out to all in the chats. But I dont believe there is function like that yet.

I'm sure Dan will follow up on that.

I won $6 from BoD battles. I went to bonanza on 60 cent bet. I actually hit the bonus and it paid 400x :D

I usually always take my freerolls and burn it on bonanza but for once it paid off! And I only had .77 left when I hit it!

I cant even see any off the freerolls. And when I do see them, after opening and closing the battle of slots lobby over and over and refreshing I get battle is full error every time. So I basically can not even join any of them.


Thanks anyway for the battles. Looks like I can not play any tonight cos i can not even join them. :(

Its working fine mate just many who jumps on it also they runecraft now. Think they are changing things. PS have you been allowed that ref link for videoslots in your signature or else better removed it asap as not allowed at casinomeister (also does not have +18 or anything lol ) ;)

You can not use promotional text in your signature also including affiliate links (basically same as spam) by using your link to sign up players is basically disrespect towards Bryan running this site and all us other affiliates here following the rules. I think you should read through the terms and conditions here. I am a bit surprised you would not know this. :rolleyes:

Well as I said Bryan and the mods have saw my signature with it in for over a week. I have not been told it wasn't allowed. I don't see it to be different than people who post their affiliate websites to be honest with you.

And I can assure you that I have read the rules. I just dont see the difference between advertising your own affiliate link like many do and putting the direct links in it instead, either method results in the same outcome anyway apart from they have to then look at your site to click the links rather than just clinking it directly. And also to note. it states that we can advertise casinos on affiliate sites that are on the accredited list. but not allowed to promote any that are not. But as I said I dont see the difference in what I said above.

EDIT: It seems to be a bit better again now. Maybe it was to do with the guns n roses freeroll on as well.
 
Doing the battles as slowly as you are isn't working.

I've been on and off for a few hours now and have yet to get into a single 10 man battle, despite on numerous occasions clicking register when it says 0/10

The 20 man battles are almost as hard

The 30 and 60 are easier.

What has also happened quite often is it says I've registered, then when I check my battles, it has disappeared, so obviously didn't register. This is usually the 20 man DOA ones, and its happened at least half a dozen times.

Just giving you some feedback :)

Bit of an over the top reaction when my post was not being in any way hurtful towards you. And you can not tell us to stfu. It is a public forum. If you do not want to get people reply to your posts, then do not post. It is simple as that.

What has also happened quite often is it says I've registered, then when I check my battles, it has disappeared, so obviously didn't register. This is usually the 20 man DOA ones, and its happened at least half a dozen times.

They seem to have a delayed start, and it's this causing the impossibility to join, by the time the current ones start there is way more than 10/20/30 people ready to join the next ones, also often the DOA ones don't always pop up when starting so you need to go find it under "my battles" then you can play, noticed this is happening only with DOA.
