getting more lag since the big 4000 battle started and got logged out another 2 times
i was logged out just once. Battles didnt seem to lag here...not noticibly so anyhow. I made sure i updated and restarted laptop before entering battle lobby. dont know if it helped but it seems to run faster that way.

We found an error that was creating the lag so we had to cancel the Happy Hour Battles to fix it. We will turn them on again if we manage to fix the issue during the evening.

i did try a few things but main problem came when the big 4000 battles started tryed 2 different browsers aswell as clearing all cookie and stuff

Thanks for the updates on here. Just a thought, but are your support staff not able to send a blanket update out on the various chats - either just before they are postponed/cancelled or perhaps give the occasional update at the start of the normal free rolls? I bet they're inundated going by the moaning going on (Not from most CM members I must add!), so surely this would save them repeating themselves and give them more time for other issues. xx
Well I am getting that annoying bug again.
Activated 2 rewards on book of dead and they still have not shown up in the game. tried clearing cache and logging in and out and also refreshing game like 10 times. And they are not showing![]()
There is something you can do. Book has an x in the bottom right corner. Click that, it will "close" the game, just hit refresh right away and it restarts and the spins should be there.

10 man battles have stopped for me
I also won 20 free spins from the BoD battle last night, which after activating about 1.5 hours ago seem to have vanished.
Hi, I haven't seen any postings past the one I wrote hours ago. I see the freeroll battles have gone, and apparently never returned and quite frankly I am a bit dirty on this.
VS you have done nothing but be inconsistent, unhelpful during support chats and the last 2-3 sets of Freerolls have resulted in early termination. Your staff all say different reasons to different people when you should be conversing with your support team to ensure correct information is given.
I've deposited quite a few hundred this week, as I do each week, and I look forward to these battles because the RTP for me is absolute mud, has been for weeks, but you just appear to treat us like garbage as of late.
I was told you got what you wanted and closed the battles, well how about being cemented in the fact of giving your customers what they want. Consistency. And that's not by cancelling battles thats by keeping to your word which is becoming mud.
As it is, as an Australian player our options are limited, so you would have had an influx of people, but by being a veteran Australian player 2013 it says i joined I have to say, you have dropped well below the 98% rep that they seem to have you here.
As I told Milla in the live chat last night, it is no longer good enough. You have a news section and facebook page. Start using it more.
Also, don't insult players who meet the requirements by sending out battle roll tickets. Its extra salty.

I too have deposited hundreds this week,as I have in previous weeks. I see no other casino that strives to get everything right. The fact that they have a fantastic rep camped in Casinomeister week in week out in preparation to respond to every question is proof for me that no other casino comes close to them ( Even though there are other fantastic Casino's and reps in Casinomeister ).
Videoslots want to listen and use feedback to improve. If they never did these free battle days would it be a deal breaker?

It was an unplanned extra freebie that relied on the instant feedback from places like Casinomeister to help locate and fix future issues that could otherwise effect planned freebies.I only found out about casinomeister yesterday from VS players because their news section and facebook page doesn't get updates often. It's nice they have someone here, but i wouldn't expect anything less from a company.
The Casino GUTS who I was with (which closed down to Australian players with the new Australian laws) didn't have freeroll battles, so no, it's not a dealbreaker. However, my money is just as good as the next persons and I am allowed to hold certain expectations, which are not that high.
Then again maybe I was just treated too good with GUTS VIP and this type of service is the norm for everyone, or that everyone's used to it but If I am going to set aside a day to play freerolls I should have that day as should everyone else who has deposited.
"Test Battle" is just a get out of jail free card as far as I am concerned. Because it means that when they have either lost too much or are having "server issues" then pulling completely without so much as an update.
Last I read from here is they were coming back within 1-2 hours and that was before I went to bed but no-ones seen them or even had a notice posted.

Awww come on folks, they were merely expressing their opinion, something we are all entitled to huh? Some of the comments are a bit harsh, do we not all have bad days at some point or another?
Saberon is new to the forum and now seems the target for venting - why can't you just post about how great you think VS is without making it personal.

Just wanted to add, I wasn't having a moan - just putting an idea forward which might take the strain off of the support staff on occasions like yesterday. I wasn't expecting the test battles - so was really pleased they started just as my money went in the bank at Midnight Friday - I got my BOTD fix and they probably saved me a fortune lol! It was made clear they'd be cancelled if any problems arose - I just think a quick news update saying 'that's all folks' may have stopped a few headaches in support.
I was actually almost glad they were cancelled - I went out like a normal human being yesterday afternoon and allsorts hahaha!![]()

I cant even see any off the freerolls. And when I do see them, after opening and closing the battle of slots lobby over and over and refreshing I get battle is full error every time. So I basically can not even join any of them.

Its working fine mate just many who jumps on it also they runecraft now. Think they are changing things. PS have you been allowed that ref link for videoslots in your signature or else better removed it asap as not allowed at casinomeister (also does not have +18 or anything lol )![]()

You can not use promotional text in your signature also including affiliate links (basically same as spam) by using your link to sign up players is basically disrespect towards Bryan running this site and all us other affiliates here following the rules. First off. Can I say how bad you have just made yourself look?
Yes it sucks that the Australian government has changed their laws and now the places that you can play at are now very limited. And I am sorry about that. But just think of all the american players who can only play at RTG casinos and 3dice casino.
At least you are still able to play at videoslots. Although new players from Australia can no longer sign up.
I mean come on dude. It was stated clearly in the news release it was test battles. You obviously have got no idea how great Videoslots casino is. And you moaning and complaining about *test freebie battles* is just plain selfish and as I said it only makes you look bad. No one else.
Dan does an amazing job. As I said in many threads on CM before he is the best rep in the industry. And for you to say that VS sucks is quite frankly wrong in every aspect.
So get of your high horse and be thankful that they even do these freerolls in the first place. Be it testing ones or not.
As a web dev myself. You have to test things out because server load is a major issue and many factors can be causing lag and other issues. So testing things out is normal.
So enough said.

Doing the battles as slowly as you are isn't working.
I've been on and off for a few hours now and have yet to get into a single 10 man battle, despite on numerous occasions clicking register when it says 0/10
The 20 man battles are almost as hard
The 30 and 60 are easier.
What has also happened quite often is it says I've registered, then when I check my battles, it has disappeared, so obviously didn't register. This is usually the 20 man DOA ones, and its happened at least half a dozen times.
