I got zero free spins and zero rewards because Videoslots holds the Battles solely between the hours of 10am - 2pm on a weekday in my timezone. Those are working hours for me, but I understand that timeframe is probably when the majority of players are available. Today was the first time I had 10 minutes to myself at lunch and I thought I could play a couple battles and, of course, the game wouldn’t load.

I have been very loyal to VS but I am starting to become disenfranchised with them. I deposit, I qualify, yet I can’t participate in the battles because of the hours. Last week I received only 5 free spins from Clash of Spins despite a lot of play. I have only ever gotten the orange weekend booster “prize” from the Wheel of Jackpots. My deposits seem to evaporate within minutes even though I’m low-rolling lately. I rarely win anymore.

I feel I’m getting the short end of the stick here and I’m cranky about that today. If I didn’t know any better, Videoslots, I’d think you’re trying to break up with me.

Has VS started really skimping on player rewards or am I just having a really bad run of it?

It has to be EXACTLY 96.00% RTP games to get 100% contribution to XP
A 96.10% RTP game only contributes 97.5%, and so on..
So a 97.00% RTP gives only 75% contribution to XP


Every 0.01% over 96% RTP of a specific game gives 0.25% less contribution

They have changed that now so you only have to pay in CAD and you get rewards in CAD.

Those have been redundant words, and actions speak louder! People say speak with your wallet, but what is that going to do? For every one customer lost, five more come in with no idea in what has have been going on. I'm sorry but I cant let this go. I will be tactful so I don't get into trouble from Bryan, but this has been wrong on so many levels. I like VS, otherwise I would be flipping the bird right now.

Then why are we not part of these battles? Is it because it's Netent? Obviously......So my question to you, is why not have a different provider so we ALL can play, or not have them at all?
