What you can see though from this change is that it is not important how much you deposit, it is the amount of wagering that you do which brings casinos the revenue.

I Think one way of looking at it would be.

How many deposits you wont make over the weekend if you do it.... For me that be around £100
How many you would normally make at VS in a week.......................For me about £40-£50
How much you normally win out of a Old format Weekend................For me that was around £50-60 ave.

So a gap of around £200 to do it on so it should be easily done

Well I don't mind about this change. It's good that this kind of promotions like battle weekends are just for active players who play here anyway. There is no casino in web who likes pure bonus hunters. Okay maybe 500e wager from the last 5 days is a bit tight and in my opinion rule should be same as qualifying to normal freerolls.

i could accept the wagering increase no problem - i just think over 5 days is a really short period to achieve it. ok change it from 4 weeks to 3 or 2.. but 5 days through the weekdays before the sng weekend wont work for alot of people.

But ill give it a go come monday. might get lucky - i do like the sng's , but if i dont make them - isnt the end of the world.

I don't see an issue with the wagering for "normal" players. As a medium roller, I do on average about 5 - 10K wagering/week or more if it is a lucky week, so for people like me it doesn't matter if it is $200 or $500, 5 days or one month period, I'll always qualify.

Where I see the problem is that VS has been a go-to place for many low rollers and ultra-low rollers. The SnG weekends and Happy Hours were a big part of the attraction. To ask $500 wagering within 5 days and that just before Christmas, where people have other "more" important expenses, will see many losing out on the weekend. Which is not really nice, after all, we are in the season of giving.

I would think $500 within the last 10 days or two weeks max would have been fairer. But who knows, it might be a way for VS to separate the wheat from the chaff to make sure they stay profitable next year when they are hit with more taxes and higher costs. After all, they have a business to run.

Yeah I wouldn't class myself as a very low roller or such - but more recent weeks ive had to be a bit more careful (especially with december and xmas). I dont have a problem with the wagering being increase , on the whole. Yeah its
a big jump from what it was - but it would have been nicer if it had been over a longer period.. even if it had been cut from 4 to 2 weeks, or maybe even 10 days. 5 before the weekend will be hard to achieve even for me whos more a regular low
roller.

Ill give it a whirl - ynever know, mondays exclusive 100fs + deposit might help boost my chances, playing time and wagering. But it is what it is anyway.

Sorry videoslots this is bogus! Maybe you could afford to run these battles if you stopped giving out tons of free battle tickets to freeloaders? Who in turn make the battles way harder for people who wagered for hours and deposited to get access to them? I will be seriously annoyed if some get free access to these as well. It would be a right kick in the teeth. On top of this some of us have deposit limits how will they deposit and wager? Not happy about this at all.

Yeah its disappointing. a longer period of qualification would have been good, even if they cut the original 4 weeks down, but 5 days is tough going for me (and others it would seem)

Yeah. i was all set thinking id managed wagering earlier this week, but today find it won't count. Shame it wasnt halved to 2 weeks even, then id still be in with a chance to increase that wagering before end of next week.

But anyhow it is what it is, but is a big shame. I mean, even if lots played or won amounts to withdraw - i dunno about anyone else, but ive always ended up depositing it again anyway and i could imagine others do too

Why is the SNG's only 5 days to wager and not 14? is that a mistake on the news or is really only 5 days?

Surely this is going to have backfired a little, as now including myself, anyone wanting to play those is not going to deposit or play in the next 3 days as it wont count towards the wagering etc so VS is losing 3 days of potential people playing?

Not moaning, i understand cuts have to be made but just struggling to see the logic on the only 5 day wagering window, and only one game is going to reduce greatly what anyone can win anyway, so more will not even bother?

I am lucky that I will need to deposit a few days before this SnG weekend in order for me to continue to have access to the freerolls, but on the other hand, I will miss out on most of the 22nd due to a christmas get-together which is fine... What may be an issue in the future though is if all SnG weekends will now require you to have deposited and wagered within the last 5 days before the event starts. It should be the same as the regular freerolls. :/

Do the 1 spin then click the small x in the bottom right. That is showing your last free spins win I'd guess. You maybe closed too fast last spins you did?

I would like to bring up the change of deposit limits, other casinos allow you change the deposit limit in 24 hours Videoslots it is 7 days therefore bringing in the 5 day wager is unfair particularly as people cannot alter their deposits. But under current Videoslots policy I cannot adapt my limits for changes you make at short notice ie the next battle weekend. If this was on say Vera & John I could change my deposit limit now and it would be amended by 10.15am tomorrow with VS it would be 10.15am next Saturday. This also of course affects if I choose to play at your casino for example if I had a huge win on another casino today and withdrew that money I cannot play at VS for a week so would likely take my money elsewhere to a casino where I can change my deposit limit quicker, therefore VS are doing themselves out of potential customers and deposits with the 7 day policy.

I also dispute the term cooling off, a change of deposit is not in my view a "cooling off" it should be adaptable to your circumstances and if you are short of money this month you reduce your deposit limit if you have extra money you might increase it, a cooling off is in my view removing yourself from a casino to stop playing there not adjusting your limit.

thank you it nothing againts teamvs ofc, its just to be how all of us feels like, to make 150 spins to get 10 or 20 fs on 10 p its bad, or make 200+ spins for some race reward you must agree on this one, I dont expect millions of fs daily, but here and there trow in 100 fs upon deposit and just maybe maybe ones or twice some no deposit fs like other casinos have (Trada,Rizk,fairplay etc) ty

Seems like an easy thing to fix, just have a person sit down and manually check every battle and change the times of the ones that are wrong. I don't think that would take much time at all.
