The weekend booster has always been 25% of our profits minus operational cost and still is. We had a complaint about a customer that claim we didn't give that and had a review by MGA on it and it actually showed we gave more than advertised, however after a lot of feedback from players we made a formula so players can calculate themselves. Weekend booster has actually increased as we give more than 25% of our profits.

But yes our profits are less than before.

First you say nothing has changed and that you earn it the same way as before which is not true. Well in 2018 on a 96% RTP slot you earned 0,5% (after the first cut when you got around 0,6%) and now its 0,4%. So one can expect it to be further cut, in 2018 formula was 0,25(HEx0,5) and now its 0,1xHE (from your site) .

Its easy anyway to erase/move company profits with various costs.

and what you said/claimed earlier:

when even the formula you have on your site has changed in the past months (a 20% cut).

I'm trying to make sense of those bolded statements. You say it has increased - to what - 27%, 35% ?? Then you say your profits are less.... Overall there seems to be almost 50% LESS as per the example above..

I'm not asking about the affiliate system, you say the weekend booster is calculated on profits - operation costs. Paying 30% of a customer losses to an affiliate surely means a potential 30% decrease in your profits for that customer? So is that 30% included in the weekend booster calculation?

Almost everyone on here knows you work for VS and what an advertisement. I personally found your response childish and totally unprofessional - I am out of here, what has VS become.

Thanks for pointing that out - its a banner in the back end and I've spoken to the Rolla team about it. Since you took the time, I will remove it, I hadn't realized it was there.

So in essence, you run a MASSIVE site and we are not allowed to question anything OR else, you come on an nit pick about our offers or little mistakes.

Maybe before slinging mud you should clean your own act first, you still have affiliates in breach of the CAP code, who are quite high on google, so maybe you can have a go at your affiliate managers for doing a similar thing? ie missing odd things that are incorrect

Nah mate - Instead of being honest to their players and Affiliates, they would rather run around scraping my site for ERRORS rather than come clean about their shady ways.

So i have been Attacking Videoslots FOR WEEKS.

Pointing out a change in RTP - Attacking
Pointing out a covert increase in fees - Attacking
Pointing out changes in Booster / Calculations - Attacking
Asking their Reps legitimate questions - Attacking

As I said - Mr Wild (Or Whoever this is HIDING behind his nick) should come clean as a REP. No use covertly defending a brand when we all know you are an employee. Then trying to discredit other members here for asking LEGITIMATE questions - You either represent the brand or not.

Well their profits from slots, as far as 'Slot Tracker' players are concerned, should have increased.
Obviously not completely representative of the whole player-base, and only a few million spins.

But the RTP at VideoSlots has decreased from 97.72% to 93.96% over the last 6 months

I think the questions are posed were legitimate and Videoslots answered them... I even liked their post for their response.

Ofcourse two wrongs don't make a right - but the person representing Videoslots aka Mr. Wild went about derailing the civil question and answer session with their rep. If he is so passionate about answering for and defending his brand, why not sign up as a REP and answer the questions himself?

You can't moonlight as a member here and then play the silent assassin when things are said or your brand questioned and try to drag other members names through the mud because you are not happy with their questions.

Remember - The questions were CIVIL and there was no issue... until some phantom rep appeared.

@Team.Videoslots How come some new slots never show up in the new games page from the dropdown menu? I have noticed this for a while, some slots just show up without any information on the news page, without being listed under new games, but they have the New game icon mark in the upper left corner.

The other day i found Epic Ape and Dragon Champions by accident, which was nice because i really like those 2 slots, but it makes me wonder what else i missed. Would it be possible to put all games with the new game icon under the new games page?

Like it’s been said a million times before speak with your wallet if you’re not happy with the cash back the rewards the new battles.

Just a note: Whatever rewards, battle or cash back they give us is an extra. That’s it. It shouldn’t be counted on.

I play at other casinos where I get nothing for playing there.

I like VS. I get annoyed sometimes, but I still like them. I have no problems walking away from casinos if I feel like I am being treated bad. Just ask Go Wild and Music Hall. I haven't been depositing heavy, as I still havent gotten my picture ID yet, I was thinking this week, but no! So next week for sure....I hope. I love Tuesday Madness. I think Clash Of Spins is a farce though, and I have to get use to the wheel yet.
 
Agree with Shadow123 there. I stopped depositing when the free rolls started being replaced, straws and camels etc. Blew my £1.60 cashback today in like 30secs. It seems nonsensical to play at a site where all my favourite games have a reduced RTP. I'll keep checking the threads here just in case VS get a bump on the head. :eek:
The reduce rtp is only on certain providers though, right? If so, which ones. I know PlaynGo is one.

They are kinda free. The battles whether you choose to qualify is really up to you by meeting reaching the amount reqd. No one should be chasing these battles. Or any extras in my opinion.

I am not anti VS but dont love them as much as I did,shame to watch them spoiling what was a great casino.

Now as far as I am concerned the casino reps are acting professional, being as helpful as possible, and whose presence is a positive aspect of this conversation. Mr. Wild is a civilian account and it is the casino reps that are the official voices for the property - and I really don't understand why some of you are finding this something to complain about.

@Nate and Colinsunderland - why are you badgering the casino reps? If you have affiliate issues than post those in the webmaster's section - not here.

Furthermore - I won't allow this badgering to go on any further. Chose your battles wisely - don't go after a casino that has been both transparent and player friendly for years - a casino that has thousands of satisfied players and whose history is second to none. You should stick to going after some of these casinos that are targeting problem gamblers, or something of that nature. If you have an agenda, then take it elsewhere. Thank you.

If you happen to get one of those, the the chance of actually winning something from it is tiny. If there were 400+ prizes like there is in normal 'busy time' freerolls at least you had a 1 in 3 or 4 chance of winning, even if it was only 5 spins.

The 1 euro 15k battle on a Tuesday is good, but I'm not going to deposit just to take part in that.

People keep saying, its better than you get elsewhere. It isn't. Not for me and how I play. I can play at other casinos and get a 100% second chance bonus. Casumo give quite a few free spins and rewards when you hit certain levels. L&L give free spins and deposit bonuses regularly (usually on a Friday), and yes, they have wagering attached, but in my last week of qualifying for the freerolls I won (from memory) 5 spins on that yeti game, which I won 4p from. Where have I badgered a rep? I don't have any affiliate issues, I asked a question about how the weekend booster is calculated, that isn't an affiliate issue?

A very smart question too. are affiliate payments included in operational costs?

If the answer was yes to that the next question would be: are players weekend booster included in operational costs before affiliates are paid?
Or you have already been told they are and that is the reason you ask.

No actually the next question would be, do players who were a naked sign up rather than an affiliate sign up get higher weekend booster payments, as if they don't have to pay 30% to an affiliate, the profit must be higher?

Been getting sms spammed by an affiliate. The ACMA is supposed to act on these complaints, in compliance with the IGA federal laws. Even after explaining the 2 major AU Telco's are enabling this spam to continue, by giving this spammer an AU phone number, the ACMA Rep said her hands were tied, unless I could provide a company ABN for this marketing entity. No help here from an AU Gov., Dept., their mandate is to stop this type of marketing :what:

Only recourse left, was to purchase a new mobile phone with the ability to block sms spam based on wording. The AU phone# was only used as a bogus opt out.

If the casino they are spamming for is half decent, if you complain to them they should close or at least, suspend the affiliate account
