I'm not sure why you say we all continue to play there, I'm not and judging by other comments around the forum the past few weeks, nor are a lot of other members. It makes no sense to play there if you play games with the reduced RTP. It's only a couple of % but it makes a big difference to your playtime. Personally, probably 40-50 % of my play is on PlaynGo, with the majority of that on Book of Dead, Reactoonz, Legacy of Egypt and Moon Princess.
I would still play there but with lower deposits as I would only play Novo's etc if the rewards were worth going for. Clash of spins is a waste of time if you aren't playing 4 games at once with turbo spins on. Cashback is neither here nor there if you are losing. Freeroll battles are almost impossible to win anything on now, and there are less of them to win. For example, the one on now, over an hour to go, 1352 players, prizes are 90 rounders tickets. If you happen to get one of those, the the chance of actually winning something from it is tiny. If there were 400+ prizes like there is in normal 'busy time' freerolls at least you had a 1 in 3 or 4 chance of winning, even if it was only 5 spins.
The 1 euro 15k battle on a Tuesday is good, but I'm not going to deposit just to take part in that.
People keep saying, its better than you get elsewhere. It isn't. Not for me and how I play. I can play at other casinos and get a 100% second chance bonus. Casumo give quite a few free spins and rewards when you hit certain levels. L&L give free spins and deposit bonuses regularly (usually on a Friday), and yes, they have wagering attached, but in my last week of qualifying for the freerolls I won (from memory) 5 spins on that yeti game, which I won 4p from. That was taking part in around 8 battles a day. Personally, and I know not everyone is the same, but I would rather have a 100% deposit bonus with wagering rather than 4p with no wagering.
Before anyone starts with the 'negative' comments, this is meant to be constructive criticism, if the only comments we are allowed to give are positive then casinos will never know if they are doing right or wrong. Videoslots obviously do some things right, speed of payments for example, while not the fastest, they are the fastest you ever need. If someone can't wait 20-30 mins max for a withdrawal then they shouldn't play at online casinos! Choice of games is excellent, and very rarely (battle weekends excepted) get game errors or anything.
Ultimately though, people always want to feel wanted, and in the case of casinos, that usually means, rightly or wrongly, rewards of one sort or another. I've been pretty loyal to Videoslots over the last few years, level 40, in the last 12 months 200k in wagering and 10k losses, from 24k in deposits, so think I can say my views.
