All places want an updated ID but most doesn't see it until it's time to cash out. What they are doing here is actually good.

But thats not what the email says and not all casinos want updated ID if the old one expires. I got a new driving license around 2 years ago, from memory only Videoslots wanted a new photo. Possibly one other casino can't be 100% but know for a fact most didn't.
Just like the utility bill has to be less than 3 months old,I don't get asked for those every 3 months either. My address (which is what the utility bill is used for) is more likely to change than my face/date of birth/sex!

These free spins are given to those that haven't made a deposit for a long time also, so I guess that is the reason. A sad reason but one I think they need to have to try and get customers back, or simply remind them about their existence.

Yes we all do and get the code, but you wonder why there was so many players that seem to get it even though the battle's aren't filled.
The reason is because it maybe was sometime since they made the deposits so they can't play the battles. They still get the codes though

I'm sorry TeamVideoslots, I do appreciate that you guys are trying to do your best and your casino is still my number 1 to go to but I'm a little tired of hearing well contact relevant Department and bla bla and I can count more than my fingers and toes on how many times I hear this and never hear back. Explain why even tell us there is a solution for this in the first place and why doesn't Videoslots do a better job in keeping us updated without us having to chase you down months later. I started to go back through my messages and even was told there was a solution for this way back and will be sorted out in the new year and that was from 2017.

You have a search box there so:
1. Are you adding an action where we can see finished tournaments from previous days?
2. Are you adding an action where we can see "my own" tournaments?

I hope you can implement it sooner. It is frustrating that we can not see which clashes we won some spins in. Support will just get too many people going onto it just to ask how many clashes they won spins in currently. So the sooner the better, I am sure live chat agents would also be happy cos then they wont get an influx of people asking

Also, @Team.Videoslots - I just noticed that some Clash Of Spins have spin rewards on slots that the UK can not play? So what happens then? Do we not win them? Or do they get put on a different slot with the same value? the active one atm is Desert Treasure slot. No idea what the min bet is on that slot. But also because we have no idea when and if we win any unless we check manually every few mins. Or ask live chat we will not know for sure that they got replaced will we?

I would like to say thanks for improving cashout times, this month it has been pretty much instant now even tho its bank transfer, previous it was about a 4 to 8 hr wait so you must of changed something! @Team.Videoslots - Just a issue with some WMS slots. Some of them show this error. Magic Wand, Jackpot block Party, There is probably others as well.
