We do not think the Clash of Spins is unfair as its based on how many spins you are able to do for a period of time. And apart from that, we've now released the "Big Win Clash" which is based on how many big/mega/supermega-wins you can get during a period of time and does not factor in how much you are betting or depositing.

But not of them do factor in how much we deposit. So as I stated, the majority of low rollers who have deposited a lot and had 0 playtime will basically get 0 spins come Monday. As the only people who will win spins in any of the clashes are the ones that are in a lucky streak and are getting a lot of playtime and doing bigger bets. So I rest my case. The clashes are useless for me and pretty much most others too. Sorry VS just stating a obvious fact. Please can you just bring back the races? We was always guaranteed something from the races if we played in the previous week.
 
And one last question for ya @Team.Videoslots - I saw that 32red casino have re-added an old classic Microgaming slot called Dolphin Coast. Can you please ask the games team to add the slot please? I loved that slot and I missed it so much. It used to be a slot I played a lot a few years back.

The clashes are only 15 minutes long so it's all about how many spins you are able to do for those 15 minutes. And as you can see from the Clash-page there are lots of players winning lots of free spins so we cannot agree on it being useless.

Regarding the Dolphin Coast game, we'll reach out to Microgaming to see if we can add that game.

Dion, I nomally like you but I have to put my head above the parapit and say that in the last couple of weeks, you have been coming across as condescending and arrogant to other users on the forum - there is never a need to be downright rude to people.

I think condescending is taking the rep away from members who require them to answer rants already addressed that dont actually have questions and then further berating reps for not addressing said non-questions, but maybe thats just me

I get people vent and I get people are unhappy with changes with the status quo, and that's fine - expressing our happiness, or unhappiness is what makes changes, good or bad
but reps are here to lend aid, not answer Qs already answered (and VS has been pretty stellar for re-articulating pretty much everything)
what reps are NOT is at our beck and call like personal whipping boys or to dole out hugs but to address our concerns...where they see concerns as need to be addressed, and based on this year's shortlist and kudos I think theyve been pretty darned good at doing so :)

We are updating the trophies a little bit, changing some of the "Win X times in a row" to win 2500 / 7500 times. Most games have win 10000 times as their highest "Win X times in this game", so it does not increase the total amount of wins needed in the game to complete all trophies, for most games that is. Some older games does not have the win 10000 times, like for example Playboy as you mentioned. But overall this is to make it more reliable to be able to achieve all the trophies without increasing the amounts of wins needed, as in some games "Win X times in a row" can be quite hard to achieve.

I wish you could remove the win 750 times in a day in some games too. They are almost impossible to make, like for example Raging Rhino. I've played that game for years and I will never ever make that one.
It's a game that is too slow and too expensive to make it. Just something to consider at least. Maybe lower that one in some games :)

Yesterday's email to the email address provided by you about reopening my account has not been received according to Live Chat, and they cannot reopen the account. I had yet again an unpleasant encounter on Live Chat.

It would have been more straightforward to just tell me that VS is no longer interested in my business. So I can't play tonight's SNG as the relevant dept. is not available until tomorrow. However, I am not entirely confident that my request will indeed be forwarded to them.

Maybe that's how they solved the fact that we last week couldn't play several restricted games :)

Im not Oscar but im not all that happy either after $ 600 in deposits friday and saturday i got 5 spins on Hot Nudge only to be told its not avalible in my location
