@Team.Videoslots, are you aware that some achievements roll over after resetting, I completed both gemix and reactoonz, but after resetting them I got some of the 'x wins per day' achievements again (with rewards) without playing either game. its not a huge loss as I will have to get them again to reach 750 wins on each. but it seems the daily counter doses not reset when achievements are reset.

Yeah, it sucks. They teased about more upcoming Gamomat slots in 2 weeks time, so i was looking forward to that.. Both Merkur and Gamomat slots work on all other casinos though, so i don't understand why Videoslots have problems.

Hi again! I like to play some blackjack in live tables too and I can see those low / mid roller tables are always full. I mean tables where min.bet size is 5 - 15 euros. It would be great if you some day could increase tables (taking more providers to your list who can offer more tables or something). Agreed, don't see the point of that type of promo, they aren't really worth anything as everyone else who wagers will get them too, so doesn't have any real benefit I'm not particularly bothered about 10 free spins or anything either, but can't see many people thinking, wow I better deposit for this!

Every other casino I use it with processes them instantly on weekends, so it isn't to do with the bank. If your times have changed then you should update the withdrawal page from 2-24 hours to 2 hours to 5 working days. I withdrew from LVBet on Sunday afternoon, was in my account less than an hour later, withdrew from you Saturday and it's still not there. If it was the bank then I wouldn't have had the Sunday withdrawal.
