I don't know about your "backwards"-issue but I've seen under 10p bets doesn't count your meters.

Example if you play sea hunter with 0.05e bet reward meter doesn't count. Bet needs to be 0.10 or higher

I had this issue once as Vera & John they asked for my old card which had expired 6 months before and obviously I had cut it up when I received the replacement I was owed over £1000 as well it took a bank letter signed by the bank to get it.

i know that part problem is I live on an island and my bank recently shut our branch down and it a long way to the next local bank vis Ferry, Train, bus walk to the bank then back again.

I don't understand. Why don't you just deposit now, and play it later? The reward might expire soon but if you activate it and deposit surely you have several days time to wager it?

I have to agree. Absolutely useless for everyone. The people who will be winning will be highrollers who spin at no less than £€2. They'll then get up to 100 freespins on a £€0.10 game (after wagering a few thousand), which is nothing for Mid-highrollers. Low rollers have a slim chance at hitting 5 spins, which again is completely non incentive. This cash of spins is identical to a load of other sites' cash or freespins races, the only difference is that all the other casino's make it an equal and level playing field by doing the positioning based on win multipliers.

I'm not so inclined, but others who are and see spin or cash races as an incentive to play at a certain casino are going to be going elsewhere to compete.

Videoslots could have been a stand out here if they followed other casino's races and made placement based on win multipliers. As it stand it's pointless.
