As for the updated trophy system, I think it has more smaller ones now. So it "pays" more to try many new games than go for the big trophy on one.
My advice is always do what you want, play what you want, as if there are no trophies at all.

Sorry if Im sounding confused, because I am. You said you don't have access to properly help a person when You are at home, but what is the sense of logging into here 3x's in one day, where people are trying to get a hold of you and can see that you are logging in? You can say that you are checking to see if anything serious is going on, but the reality was that you never replied so that would be moot wouldnt it? Anyways, as you know I looked after my issue in the end. Maybe if a person is sick they shouldnt log on, or you should find a replacement? It went unanswered for almost 30 hours. So much for shifts eh. And when I say " you" I mean in plural.

Videoslots are just about the only Rep that is online most of the time.

Maybe it is their fault for always answering so quickly that the one time someone is not able to answer queries directly all hell breaks out.

Any other Rep you would be lucky to get an answer within 24 hours. Most only come on once or twice a week if lucky.

Even if Videoslots are logged on here 24 hours a day it does not mean they will answer every PM sent to them as soon as they receive it. A Rep could be online for many things does not mean they have time at that moment to read and reply to every PM they have got. Especially if a Rep normally answers right away surely some slack should be given and people should maybe think there's a reason no quick reply and at least give them 24 hours or so.

Are things getting that bad on here that now the most active Rep's are getting grief for not answering PM's as soon as they are received . If so i think it's time people took a reality check.

1) Win 7 x in a row + complete all = 25 +75
2) Win 10,000 times + complete all = 50 + 75

I do agree we've had it too good with Vs' reps on here, that we expect them to answer our every whim on the spot.

As you may know, MG recently updated the help files on their games adding the TRTP.
I couldn't help noticing differences up to almost 1% with the TRTP stated in "MY RTP" and "Game Payouts" so those need to be updated.
You may also want to update the Weekend Booster, if you use the old TRTP numbers of MG games to calculate it.

Here is a pic with the Burning Desire, Theoretical RTP on help file 96.19%, Theoretical RTP on the site 97%.
It is like that on all MG games.
