Earned a once in a blue moon reward, 100% deposit bonus, so deposited but only managed to convert 10% before bust. Went to play a freeroll battle but it said I can't play with an active bonus. So had to forfeit 90% of my bonus to play freerolls. Just thought I ask why do you have that rule, my heart was breaking when I pressed "forfeit"

The way our Bonus works currently is that you can cancel the active bonus and you only forfeit the bonus balance not yet credited to your account, all winnings you earned and bonus money paid out will be yours to keep.

I never get the deposit rewards ever anyway lol. Only ever had 2 of them in like 3 years lol. 1st was with the welcome bonus and I think the second was from loyalty, but it might have been from a achievement lol.

Although I am not a fan of them because of the way they work I dont say I care I haven't had any others lol.

That is not what I remember from what livechat told me some 6 months back or so. Livechat said that everything except not lost money from original deposit would be gone. It was a bit weird of a chat to be honest, he seemed wildly uninformed as to how things worked because he was new I think (had to go check things with other people etc.). I didn't intend to cancel either way so no harm done.

I wish I had that chat saved so I could be 100% sure of how it went down.

Something strange going on here, I got a pop up achievement for 100 wins on planet fortune in one day which was strange as I knew that I already had all of those, checked achievement page and planet fortune now has two sets of 'x wins in a day' it looks like the new ones are from another game and should not be under planet fortune, sound like they should be on some devil or hell themed game? huh, you told me you spoke to the provider and got them unlocked for uk players, but your post above makes it sound like they were only available as a result of a mistake

ahh ok I see, well thanks for the info again. A shame though there is still a few slot providers the UK still can not play. And also greentube is limited as well. When other countries get to play hundreds of greentube/novamatic slots compared to the UK we get around 30 slots.

One day I hope we get more slots and more slot providers. I really do not get why still a lot of slot providers are still not getting a license to operate in the UK. Same for Endorphina slots as well. Would love to be able to play them too. Oh well

My understanding is that a lot of novamatic games aren't UK Licensed which is why you don't see them all over here. Not sure on why Gamomat are on so few casinos though.

In what the space of 2 hours? so you call that exclusive 2 hours? I do not think that exclusive covers that to be honest lol.

To me exclusive means that only videoslots will have the slot for a period of time, usually a week or longer before other casinos can have it as well.

Basically what I do is have one window in incognito mode/private window and one in normal window/tab and just open a slot in real play while logged in, then copy and paste the url into the private window/incognito logged out browser window.

Yes they changed it so it makes you sign up now maybe it is a bug?

Maybe Dan will look into it and get it fixed, but that what I said above is a workaround for ya. A Pain I know, but at least it works

Really? That's a new one, I think you are the only site that implemented that restriction, and it's a bit unfortunate as you would like to test the games before you try them sometimes. Oh well.
