Well over 2 months later the rewards are still useless/worthless. Guess they are more interested in unethical marketing instead of adding something useful for loyal (and real) players who couldn't care less about freerolls and minbet fs rewards.

Currently the only things worth "something" is weekend booster (if you run good) and the 10% cash rewards you earn from some games.

What happened to you Videoslots?

I used to love this casino but I have really begun to dislike it. Let's start with the easy complaints. When I first joined, it was crazy. Rewards coming out of my ying yang. Couldn't even keep up sometimes. Then I hit level 20 and something happened. No rewards -- no freespins on Tuesdays (it has been months now). I feel like I have been discarded like yesterdays's trash. Your CS agents are inept. Videoslots needs to take a page out of the reps from LeoVegas, Betat/Slotty Vegas and Trada. Never ever have I had to hold for the amount of time I am left at Videoslots. And, they have the authority to make decisions on their own. I used to have so much fun playing here (win or lose) but now I cringe at depositing.

Now, on to my real complaint. I have not been playing for some time now due to some heavy losses. Cancelled some casino accounts but did not want to cancel my VS account even though I was no longer happy playing there anymore. So, I decided I would set a deposit limit of $1 about a month ago for a 7 day period. A couple of weeks ago I thought I would give it a $10 go but it said that I still had another week to wait. On to chat and he said I made an error and made it for 14 days not 7. I thought fine -- you saved me some money. So today -- a week and a half later same thing happened. I went on to chat and waited forever for an answer so I asked her to email me the response. Apparently you need to manually cancel the request or it keeps on being automatically renewed. WHAT ???? 7 days is 7 days -- not infinite. To put salt on the wounds when I log in I get this. Are you kidding me? I CAN'T DEPOSIT WHY AM I GETTING THIS MESSAGE???

Hi barbara12,

I would like to start to explain how the deposit limit works.

When you set a deposit limit it will be the limit over X amount of days. This will be renewed every week until you decide to manually change it by you self. The settings will be changed straight away if you lower the limit from $20 dollar to $15 but it will take 7 days if you increase the limit or remove it completely. You are the only one that can remove it and it will be renewed every week since the time frame you pick is just how much you are allowed to deposit on X amount of days and not when it should disappear. I will talk with our team about the popup that comes up if you have reached your responsible gambling limits.

I will take a look to see what agent that told you that you had 14 days on deposit limit and I hope that we can gain your trust again in the future.

My apologies Dan. It makes sense now. This is a weekly deposit limit NOT a limit for the week. I wish your first agent would have told me.

Dan you need to fix bloodsuckers too.

It has an annoying problem. for some reason it is the touch version and not the desktop version and it has weird scrollbars in it. I have tried this slot in other casinos and they have the full version that has the animations of the lady with the gun, The touch version has no animations.

So please can you fix it and put up the proper version.

I am using chrome. I just tested it in firefox and the slot loads the desktop version like it does for u and for me in leovegas. It is strange how It shows the correct one at leovegas and im using chrome with that casino.

And yet here in chrome it shows the touch version. Makes no logical sense.

Hi DreamRJ,

That has me super confused as well, I have personally logged in to both chrome and firefox and both are loading the desktop version. Maybe try clearing the cookies and cache if you haven't done that yet and see if that works. But you have managed to confuse me with how this has happened for you. :)

I have already tried clearing cache lol.

Should I have mentioned that I have been using chrome canary version for videoslots. Because of that other problem I have been having with that cloudflare error message I told u about the other day.

When I try it in normal chrome the correct desktop version works.

And the reason I use chrome canary is because sometimes the cloudflare error isn't there as often in chrome canary as it is with normal chrome, And firefox doesn't show me the cloudflare error what so ever. Only chrome does. If that is any help. But I have a host of other issues with firefox that makes using it impossible, When I use firefox, battle slots don't load and when they do they lag really bad like they are in slow motion all the time. And that also affects real play as well in firefox. So I am in a catch 22 situation at videoslots which ever browser I use I have some problems. I do not have problems playing all the slots videoslots have elsewhere, like for example pragmatic slots are the main culprits that give the cloudflare error message, they work and load fine at leovegas casino. So this cloudflare error is relating to chrome somehow. And not firefox. No idea why.

I had that Cloudflare problem too couldn't play Paragmatic Plays Game on Chromo but they were working on Firefox and on Fun mode... Discover that finally Deleting Cookie and Clearing Caches worked! Everythings fine now... So jsut delete your Cookie and it should work DreamRJ

I have deleted cookies and cache. It makes totally no difference for me. It does for 1 load after I clear the cache. But as soon as I refresh after a error that forces a refresh or I change game I then get the cloudflare error again. Believe me I always delete cache everytime I get any type of problems. And on this occasion it is not a total fix. It fixes it for 1 load only then it is back again. I should not have to keep clearing my cache everytime I want to change slot or refresh after an error. that is just plain irritating and annoying.

Deleting cookie is important I found that solution while searching through the web ... The problem comes because of COokie not Cache..

Do VS have any plans to introduce Paypal - I've recently joined VS and am using my Visa Debit but it is slow - withdrawals of course, miraculously all deposit methods are fast. I know I could create another type of account but I use Paypal on Gala, WH, Sky, Ladbrokes, 888, 777 and others without any issues. If Paypal is in the pipeline for VS then I won't bother with other options. If it isn't I may just give up bothering with VS.

It took a while to find the reason the issue from the first reports starts to come in. Sadly it was 03:30 in the morning and we didn't have all recourses at the office but they are now working on fix the issue and you should have the money shortly.
