Dan, support changed my password a couple of days ago and its impossible to change it back.

I use the change password part of my profile, it says its changed, then when I try to login, I get wrong password, get the account blocked, get support to fix it, login using the password support changed it to and the cycle starts again :(

Any ideas?

The Cleopatra one says it is not allowed in my country. even though it is listed. please fix it.

And also the minimum bet on Diamond Strike (pragmatic) is 0.15. not 0.50

I am honestly in disbelief. All these deposits and I cannot even participate in the battles. Doesn't matter what game I play. Any winnings I had from Leo Vegas have been thrown here. There is no reason to play here anymore. I am guessing my RTP came in at around 30% the last 3 days. No free spins -- cannot qualify for battles -- not even enough for weekend boosters. Just absolutely dreadful. I am absolutely done with this casino. Love you Dan for all you do. I know this is no fault of yours but unfortunately this is totally unacceptable.

Why even deposit if that's all you can deposit each time? No way are you going to get playtime off of that unless extremely lucky. While I tend to agree it is horrible at videoslots now (we need netent back bad!!) in regards to playtime and rtp I can't see what the issue is here. You are paying more in fee's than what you are depositing using ecopayz. Use those small deposits and go treat yourself to a spa visit.:)

Luv you too Slotmaster. There are no fees when using Ecopayz. You will notice many of the deposits are minutes apart. $130. I have been playing at Leo Vegas and Royal Vegas and have been able to make withdrawals. Unfortunately I have dumped many of the winnings here. Same games -- different casino - different outcome.

Hello,

Recently playngo must have done some sort of update. I can no longer play with my hardware accelerator off on google chrome. This browser is by far best to use when streaming but when you turn the hardware accelerator on obs wont work so its kind of lose lose.

Are you able to look into this or ask playngo if there will be a fix for this?

I get a pop up from playngo that says "please enable your hardware accelerator and then refresh"

Oh man, Hope it works out for you,Thankfully I did not end up depositing tonight than. I have had this problem with other casino's with instadebit and it could be a nightmare to get it fixed as instadebit says you have to talk to the casino and the casino says you have to talk with instadebit.:rolleyes:

With all the problems since the so called better update...I after a year of being loyal to videoslots, switched casinos...glad I did also..wow i am actually winning!!! and games are playing flawless....I got a warning last time I said this but I don't care anymore... when they say they give the best RTP for players...my experience with the switch totally knocks that down.

wow a full 200 dollar deposit gone in 1 hour on .20-.60 cent bets, Absolute horrible. See Barbara how small deposits can be gone in 10 minutes. Anyone else in Canada unable to access Pragmatic games? I get a bad gateway error, which points to the web connection being good, my server being good, but the host (VS) with a red ERROR.

Been going on for a couple weeks now, preventing me from partaking in free spins (voucher) and contest (diamond strike), not to mention Wolf Gold, a pretty good game.

CS have had the issue for a while now, but no one has even bothered to reply to me with an update or anything, I have send Dan a msg, since CS has been ridiculously useless on the matter, they just keep telling me to wait. Not sure why if games cannot be accessed that this isn't a priority, but nothing seems to be lately.... right down to the log out issue we are all having. Might be time to re-visit the score for this casino.

But it isn't just pragmatic lol. It also happens on yggdrasil as well. And some barcrest and WMS at times.

Had this problem on chrome, worked on edge , updated chrome, made sure flash was being allowed after update and reset, works for me now. It was a Windows 10 update thing I think because this whole time it worked on Windows 7 for me. Or it was all just fluke that it worked after the reset and chrome update.
