After taking the fruit warp promotion of 150 free spins today. the reward activated, but the spins never credited. I then spent an hour with 3 different CS agents trying to convince them the problem wasn't at my end.
First agent - clear cookies and cache, = yeah right, like that ever does anything in cases like this
