Ha! I have lost way more then I am happy to say at VS. BUT! And it's a big but! It has nothing to do with not cashing out when I should, I only reached 700 dollars, and wont say how much I have deposited in a year. I can concur that deposits go fast now at vs, Still the same lot's of disconnects and error messages (well today for error messages, But things worked better towards the end) equals starting to question why even play there,lol. I lasted 6 hours on a deposit on the horrible run playolg site and doing o.k. at the live casino both of which I profited.

It's not the same now with no netent. :( If they do get real time gaming slots than my interest will peak again.
 
There is one thing you have to praise VS for and I always forget this untill I took about 20 headache pills after playing other sites. And that it is basically error free. I didn't get the free spins either, not too bothered.

Just a suggestion, maybe if everyone had been advised prior to pulling the promotion or changing the criteria, there might not have been such a backlash, it's about keeping you're customers informed. I don't doubt Videoslots have their reasons but when people have been receiving free spins for a sustained period of time, then it becomes the norm to them, customer service is all about keeping you're customers informed so maybe next time huh? :)

I don't have an issue with them removing the free spins every Tuesday, how could they sustain it as they are opening up to new countries etc. As member numbers increase, rewards will become less, it's like a business model. I get that it is the first step. Back in the days I did tech, I asked people to power down, wait a minute, and power back up. But for established customers, I'd suggest phrasing it "Have you cleared cache and cookies yet?" And if someone states they already tried that, please don't ask them to do that again.

As a Canadian, I've gotten used to the fact I rarely get the freespins, as many times they are on games not allowed in my country, and that could be true also for my UK friends.

I'd rather get free spins less often and have them remain wager free.

I realized that Dan is sitting there somewhere, maybe at a desk, maybe at home, maybe even a cruise ship in the Mediterranean and we are contributing to whether Dan has a shit day or a really shit day :)

I don't get mad often but when I do LOOK OUT! I am furious!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been dumping money into that casino the last year, with only able to make a few withdrawls. I know it is my doing only, and with the amount that I did dump in, if I had known I had cancer at the time, I wouldnt of, and would not have had to do a GoFund me. I am glad Dan did his part to donate, and I am thankful for that. Exactly my friend, I am not saying its hes job so he deserves the prikily end of the stick :eek: and hopefully he relies that no one is blaming him. He can only do what he is told.

I am the first to admit that I am not Videoslots greatest fan but if you step back, remember VS is a business and a business is there to make money first or it just would not survive. It would appear, in my view anyway, that VS membership has maybe exploded significantly of late and maybe the free spins were just not viable, I can understand that from a business point of view - most businesses make cutbacks at some point or other.

On the other hand I can understand people being annoyed as it was implemented without any information being provided to the members. I have said it before and I will say it again the number one rule of customer service is keeping people informed as no-one likes to be ignored or being kept updated.

I only hope VS doesn't grow too big for it's boots, so to speak, as is the way with some other well known brand casino's :)
 
I am the first to admit that I am not Videoslots greatest fan but if you step back, remember VS is a business and a business is there to make money first or it just would not survive. It would appear, in my view anyway, that VS membership has maybe exploded significantly of late and maybe the free spins were just not viable, I can understand that from a business point of view - most businesses make cutbacks at some point or other.

On the other hand I can understand people being annoyed as it was implemented without any information being provided to the members. I have said it before and I will say it again the number one rule of customer service is keeping people informed as no-one likes to be ignored or being kept updated.

I only hope VS doesn't grow too big for it's boots, so to speak, as is the way with some other well known brand casino's :)
Hi Grey lady. I agree about the business part. But for every new game that is added to the site, and we are at what now, 1600? Each game costs money! There is NO need for that many games! And no new games have been added to the battles, so they are not losing money there.
Loyalty to your paying customers should ALWAYS come first, there should be a balance and there isn't. I have np closing my account this weekend. My cashback is 12 dollars after depositing 500. Very sad indeed but thats the way its been. And CS told me once I close my account I can never open it again. Really?????????? No problemo!

On the off chance you change your mind. I recommend NOT CLOSING your account even if you don't come back. You should go in your profile and disable all email / phone / etc notifications and that in effect will have your account "closed" since you will receive no so called SPAM when you have stopped playing, but also gives you a chance in the future to return. Interlog did this last month and he regrets it now since he can't reopen it and he only wanted to take a short break from slots at the time.

I highly suggest that you DO NOT CLOSE your account, but disable all "Opt-ins" as that will in effect do the same thing and if / whenever you decide to come back, you won't be screwed for making a decision that you feel is right at this current time.

If you go to a take away daily and like every Friday they give you free beer than one day you go in and they say sorry no beer but yet giving someone who is only bought from that take away a few times loads of beer ? what would you do, I would say F$$k you dick I go down the road for my food. Why would you want to eat there agian, not only that but when you ask why, they shrug there shoulder

I forget the word now, Clarification I think would not go a miss, no good saying random people or pick names out the hat, Any decent busniess practice should be well in advanced for info, its all about planning ahead so every think is coverd
