My comment was a bit tongue-in-cheek about Canadians getting the shaft sometimes. Canadians are shut out of many casino promos and free spins since NetEnt banned Canada. This is beyond the control of Videoslots of course.

In all seriousness, I think Videoslots is one of the best casinos for rewarding their players. One proviso: I strongly feel they should take a second look at their policy for freeroll qualification requirements as it is unfairly biased against Canadian players . That aside, Videoslots stands out from the crowd for so many reasons, and tends to be my number one casino.

Since in the end for qualifying to be in the freerolls, our dollar is so garbage compared to the Euro so having to wager at least $700 CAD is a tall order, yet I have been very lucky with my small low roller deposits of around $50 CAD being able to make it most of the time. They really should change that to be "500 whatever equivalent currency". I believe it even applies to deposits too so this means $20 and even possibly a $30 CAD min deposit wouldn't work too!

It sucks. Lowering the limit to like 300€ would be so much better!

This is what gets my back up! I know it's not your fault Dan but this thread is full of 'i will take this forward with me to the next meeting' and months and months later, there is no update. I understand not everything is easily implemented but it would be good to know whether something was turned down when suggested at the meeting or whether there were trials in place or whatever else was agreed.

I agree that its always we will bring it to the meeting but than its the last we hear. I know your hands are tied Dan but going back to one of my earlier posts I deposit I think it was £170 in a space of 10 days or so, I qualified for one battle

You have many tabs on the battle page and most will only ever use 1 or 2, why not add a free roll for a daily deposit? than a tab for for deposit x amount, this way at least someone will get a Little extra once they deposit for that day, if small rollers are short and they have a bonus on one site or a days worth of free rolls on your site than I know where my money would go.

I keep reapting my self that its not costing you any more money no matter how many can play yet your making players unhappy as they can not play. I would rather them on my site than put money at another place even if I had to give a few more battles away. It just gives players a little more as it would all be spun away and if somebody did make a withdraw than you would get it back

Thanks for pulling me back to here and now. 80% of my deposits have been 10$ and Dan can vouch for that. Last year when I was sick and didnt know it, I went and checked my deposit ratio and was down 11k, not because I didnt know when to cash out, only because there was no cashing out. I was furious. At myself for not paying attention. Then when I had to do the GoFund me in January, I kept going back in my mind over September, which made me even more mad at myself. Due to the unreliable nature of the service today I asked support to waive the 2.50 charge for withdrawal until the issues are resolved and i've been flat out refused.

Not only that i've spent 20 minutes arguing with support about being able to speak with a manager.

Tech issues happen but bad attitude and process have a far greater impact on good-will from customers.

Got better things to do with my time but i don't withdraw amounts that aren't a round figure.

My balance is 50 quid. I'm not losing some due to tech issues and charges.

It's cost your company more in agent time arguing the toss and ignoring what has become a complaint than it would be to show a little good will/faith.

I know you try your best but can't help but think that the good days with VS are coming to an end.

I suggest videoslots get to the bottom of this. There seems to be some sort of glitch that isnt paying players after they hit that level. I had to bug support for mine. Hopefully players arent getting screwed over who dont know any better

I was a mobile user only up until recently, and after logging into videoslots on pc mode i had a look through my rewards and boy have i missed out on a mountain of rewards over my time with videoslots. CS seem unphased about it which i find very disappointing as they are not free bonuses i missed out on. They are my rewards for the time i have spent playing and money i have spent.

Multiple $5 and $2 battle of the slots tokens lost due to expiring and almost 100 free spins gone.... i asked customer service what they could do for me after i explained my situation.

Trust me on that, I have walked away from a few and never looked back. Dan is only one person and goes above and beyond to try to make everyone happy. Please be easy on him, everyone has a breaking point, right? He has no control over what CS does, just as CS is restricted to what they are allowed to do. Neither make the rules. Maybe instead of venting in public, we can do it in private? This way the negativity doesnt steam ball. No one knows what goes on in others lives and if we think we do, we are being fool hardy. As for the rest of your post. As long as you follow the rules and arent ahuge pain in the ass which you arent, voice your displeasure if something is bothering you. I suggest videoslots get to the bottom of this. There seems to be some sort of glitch that isnt paying players after they hit that level. I had to bug support for mine. Hopefully players arent getting screwed over who dont know any better

The fs thing looks like nobody in VS knows what the deal is, or they don't want to say.
Last info says "randomly selected". Ok, how many? How big is the pool of names they were selected from? Is it all accounts? Does everyone get the same chances to be selected? What are those chances?
Why not the old "first 5000" system? If it is too big for you make it 1000, it is better than what you did today.
