I will take some time this week to try and get more information about the prepaid card issues you are experiencing, and what possible solutions we can offer. Today being a Sunday, most of my colleagues are out of the office, making it hard to investigate this properly.

The choice to verify your account is there immediately after deposit, and we recommend everyone to do it.

At the very least get rid of this weird request for affidavits. There is no reasoning behind them and its not a requirement by your license holder.

It seems whoever is in charge of this does not understand that a prepaid card non reloadable is a one use card that does not include your name, birthdate or signature panel on the card. So sending any kind of documentation is completely useless and will not prove or disprove anything.

The same goes for the demands that each prepaid card is verified. There is nothing on it to confirm the identity of the player.

Lets take slotsmillion, unibet, sportsinteraction, platinum play, energy and trada casino for example. When you verify your account via ID, proof of address, bank statement and a credit card. You arent continued to ask to verify yourself. I will admit there has been a couple times where slotsmillion has asked me to send in the card but a simple response that I threw it out a couple months ago because its a one use card was accepted. At no point has a casino ever asked for a signed affidavit.

But if you tell videoslots that, they dont care and will refuse your cashout until you do it with absolutely no exceptions. You either figure it out or you dont get paid there is no inbetween... Even though you have verified yourself through their security questions to prove that it is you speaking to them.

Well you lost a £100 deposit from me last night. Went to deposit, no quick deposit option there and I couldn't be bothered to go and get my card from the other room, plus my 'casino' phone wasn't with me and even though you say its fixed, I know I would have had to get yet another sms from you so I just didn't bother.
There isn't a single casino I use that gives anywhere near as much hassle as you do to make a deposit, do you not realise you lose money through it?

Not at every casino....Rizk casino wants me to send in a photo of my prepaid one time disposable credit card before I deposit so the card can be verified beforehand. And that takes 24 hours. Waiting for 24 hours for card to be verified then being able to depsoit
