Thanks for the feed back and we will look into trying to involve other countries in future campaigns.

As for this campaign we have had to exclude countries due to compliance reasons.

I have spoken to the Head of our Marketing Team and we will change this to everyone that resides in Europe, and can play on our site, will also be eligible to play.

By including all of Europe you have now about 15% of the world allowed to take part. Much better than 2% :D

I understand compliance reasons but the way is see it 1$ from Thailand = 1$ from Sweden or Australia. In essence a promotion is financed by the available marketing budget which comes from all deposits. Making then the promos available only to a selected few is just unfair to those who deposit just as regular but never have the opportunity to take part in the promos. :o

Two nights is not nearly long enough in either of these amazing cities. Haven't been to Venice yet, but my six nights in Amsterdam last summer was not enough!

Are you ever going to remove that bloody sms verification, that you keep telling me I wont get asked for, but do every single time I go to deposit using my card? Its so annoying and has cost you countless deposits from me, as if I'm out I don't have that phone with me.

New Limit didn't update VS

Had a strange issue tonight, I updated my limit last week on VS and when i tried to go above my original limit today it denied me.
After a chat on live it appears they can see I updated but they say they can also see the update reversed.
VS being the best bunch out there offered me freespins because they are good like that but I felt it was unnecessary so have not accepted them.
Obviously it makes no sense for a casino to not accept a deposit if it is within agreed limits so either ive messed up somehow or something else is going on?

Has anyone else had an issue with deposit limits on VS?

However, players outside Europe should keep this clause in their minds:

"The winner must be eligible to travel to the given destination and is responsible for their own and their guest’s travel insurance, any entry visa required and any additional flights needed to enter Europe."

I saw though you offer a cash alternative which is a great option!

Travel insurance is mostly time limited and for various things, e.g. if you get sick while on your trip you get the treatment or repatriation paid. More things are covered but that depends on the policy you buy.

It is usually included with most credit cards, especially Gold&Platinum cards when you pay for your trip using the respective card. Alternatively, you can buy it online for a few bucks.

made first deposit via skrill five years ago. After that made tens of deposits by another methods.
Closed account 2015 since cant get withdraw out because i closed skrill account and didnt get

I have no skrill or that email, any passwords etc for over 4-5years. and cant get anything via phone or email.

It is a little confusing what you are describing.

Maybe best if you contact Dan the rep via private message as he may be able to assist. 100,000 is a lot of money so I suspect a lot of security checks will have to be made before the money is released.

I win only few hundred, that was fictional case, "what happens when there is no way to proof old deleted deposit method"
So i dont have any way to proof my 5 years ago closed skrill deposit. I have tried it allready without success.
This was first place witch demands that account proof, no matter that i have used 4 different deposit methods after that.
Wondering why they dont request proofs from other methods except Trustly.

@Dan.Videoslots is there anything to do, or i just lose winnings and not getting deposits back no matter i have proof that?

Yea its fine ive used it alot here.

The thing is though, it doesnt protect or make a difference against multi accounters or anything. There is no name, security number, signature or anything on the gift cards.

Im just happy I never have to use them again.

I also agree that this verification stuff is beyond stupid, I know alot of sites go over board but VS is up there with the most over secure. I admit I have used a few different debit cads and ewallet and they have done it over live chat or even the less known sites have sent reply's whiten hours that tings are all good,

But site's have to relies all theses chuck away pre cards are one time use only and most will not keep, and whats with all the SMS every time you want to make a new (other amount) payment, Yet if you want to depo an old amount you do not have to put in NO code or cv card number :confused:

I will take some time this week to try and get more information about the prepaid card issues you are experiencing, and what possible solutions we can offer. Today being a Sunday, most of my colleagues are out of the office, making it hard to investigate this properly.
