No because I have no faith in it working and don't want to withdraw and spend weeks with you saying 'well it went through fine our end, ring your bank'

My last 2 deposits have been by skrill, therefore according to your terms and conditions, I can withdraw to them, so why can't I?

OK, I've just tried to deposit and as expected it still didn't work, it hangs and the videoslots screen with the bouncing balls, I video'd it for you dan and will send you a link.

Therefore I CAN'T withdraw by card.
I CAN'T withdraw using bank transfer as its under £50, despite what your useless staff say, and more to the point its not a method I want to use.
I CAN'T withdraw by Skrill even though your T&C's say I can. ' prohibits players depositing from one medium and attempting withdrawals to another' My last deposit was by Skrill, therefore I deposited using Skrill, and want to withdraw using Skrill. I would withdraw by card, my primary method of deposit, but, despite what Johan says, because of YOUR error I can't. YOUR error, so even if there was another reason i can't withdraw to Skrill you should over ride that and allow it as it isn't suspicious as you are FULLY aware of the reasons!

I'll also mention I have been encouraged to deposit using Skrill by your staff this week, not a single one mentioned if I did I wouldn't be able to use it to withdraw.

I would be as unhappy as you would be if I were in the same situation. Not acceptable and the best thing for Videoslots to do is to transfer the money to your preferred method immediately.

That's the problem though isn't it, it isn't inconsistencies, the service has been the same throughout, terrible. Lying and lazy staff not doing their jobs properly, just look at the chat above, he clearly states bank withdraw is £20 min, when it is £50. He is front line support. He either knows the answer to questions or he doesn't. If he does then great, tell your customer. If he doesn't then quickly look, like I did and found out he was wrong in a few seconds, and if he can't find the answer then ask someone or pass the support ticket to someone more senior. What you don't do is just make something up and tell the customer as if it is fact rather than giving them correct information.

Can you imagine how bad this would be if I wasn't a member on here and hadn't posted on this thread, as this thread is the only way I have got anything moved forward. I shouldn't have to do that and I feel sorry for your customers who only have live chat to rely on.

Your terms need changing regarding the withdrawal method as that's not what they say, not that you will, just like the valid points people made about the 25% cashback on all your spins, its still the same. I've already pointed out a couple of spelling mistakes out to support, not nastily, just so they can be fixed, but as they haven't you obviously don't care or want feedback from your users.

Your site is excellent, a couple of little things like the grammar and spelling mistakes, which is better to correct as it doesn't give a good impression to new users, but apart from that I don't think theres anything I don't like, apart from not being able to deposit, which you haven't commented on even though I sent a video over for you!

However your customer service is terrible, really bad and you have to work on that massively. I'm not having a go but I'm sure you want feedback, good or bad.

You can contact the support when your Main Account is empty and ask for a manual reset of your deposit methods. This will make the first method you use become the new majority method, so if you are interested in switching please contact the support and they will assist. Please make sure that all the documents have been uploaded and the account has been verified as it is a requirement.

my apologies, I had skimmed the thread and thought it was a reply to lookaway, it wasn't having a go at Dan or VS though, it was to highlight something I had said in a PM, which I think Dan will know wasn't actually a criticism :)
 
Just want to apologize to Daniel as it appears I have been playing the wrong games and that is why I am not getting rewarded. However, I have to give Harry a big fat thank you as I had no knowledge of resetting trophies. Perhaps they should make people more aware of this.

I do believe Colin made it all good after things were sorted out. Frankly, I would have been very pissed as well and he was probably a bit nicer then I would have been (to the chat agent). We always know that Dan/Philip will sort things out. It's just a pity that we have to keep them so busy because of incompetency from their chat agents. There are 2 really good agents that come to mind but the others are so bad that you forget about the good ones.

Well you haven't seen the multitude of emails and live chats going on in the background and the ONLY time anything has been done is when I've posted on the thread, so I didn't really have any choice. I'm not sure what you call a major issue, but not being able to deposit, being lied to by multiple members of staff as to the reason, being told multiple times it had been sorted out when it hadn't, and then being refused to be able to withdraw MY money is quite major in my books.
You might consider being refused to be allowed to get your money a minor incident, I don't.
Plus, after I posted on here to get that sorted out, and it was, I did post back to say the withdrawal was processed within 15 minutes, so gave credit where it was due.
Next time you win some money in a casino, just leave it there and forget it seeing as you seem to think I should have.

My thoughts exactly Barbara, thank you to Harry for letting us know and Dan for clarifying:) I am in the same boat as you, not playing the right games or even just not making the goal required for a trophy. Just at a glance, gosh there were so many trophies 'in progress' but only by a fraction-I probably played a few games without knowing they were part of the trophy system and gave up after a few spins LOL.

I briefly checked some of the games I like and tend to always play in the dropdown and they aren't even in the more detailed trophy section.. As a primarily mobile player, I have only ever skimmed over that part of the account profile in the past, had a better look after this thread but not sure if I will adapt my play too much to be honest-so I am a bit 'meh' about it after all.. Like as much as I feel like rewards have been few and far between of late compared to when I joined, the mobile version on iPad doesn't have a tab with all that info to closely follow my progress enough or to double check which games I need and whatnot anyways.

The mobile version is quite basic and doesn't have all the information as appears on the laptop version, but hey I like it anyway-it is much easier to navigate than some other sites. I have no idea how the reward system works, but think what they have in place is pretty good. I've had quite a few £5 battle tokens, 3x higher cashback along with some 1.5 and 2 x too.

I got just under £30 from the casino race last week, which is wager free, and the battles are good if you want to extend your play time, I've won a few times this week, a couple around 90 euro, and one for 175 euro tonight, and also numerous free spin prizes.

I didn't like the bonus system, I cancelled my welcome bonus as didn't like the way it was paid in bits, and would rather have it this way than more of those. Only a 2X cashback? For £30.. That's pretty good! A few posts earlier, the reset function was mentioned so check your profile to see if you can change it to start afresh! I have had no multipliers/FS/battle ticket or anything haha etc etc even with deposits into the hundreds over the last 24-48 hours. A few of us have all been discussing this system through most of the recent posts here and while there is some understanding-i.e: earning achievements through game play milestones/wins etc and trophies meaning rewards/offers I have also read on other posts that VS sometimes is a bit hit and miss with rewards. There is usually a coupon code issued most weeks, depending on eligibility and country you can get a few spins in here and there. At the moment, right now.. I am just praying a battle will come good for me:o lol

I can add one more as you don't need to got into "My profile" to see the progress on the trophies. Look at the screenshots below, if you click on the trophy symbol on the right of the slot it opens up the trophies progress. You will also be able to see if you can collect trophies for the slot you are playing. If not, it only shows the general trophies, and no slot trophies.

Most slots have trophies, at least the popular ones. I have yet to play one at VS which doesn't have them, wouldn't even know which they are, to be honest.

Hey Dan, was wondering if you could help me with an issue I have on the mobile site with Yggdrasil Games please...
I tried to open it on iPad to play yesterday and then realised it was from Yggdrasil so it would probably not load-the same error occurs every time for me and I have had occue with each Yggdrasil game I have tried:what:

I open a game, it starts to load as per normal with the tree logo filling with colour as it progresses- then as it seems to have got all the way through, an 'internet connection' error prompts to check connection and try again. That also fails, refreshing the page/clearing cache etc doesn't work either. My connection is always fine, though I have also tried resetting that before to be sure. Any ideas on what I can do or why it is happening? Thanks in advance for your help:o

Does anybody have this problem also? I also have errors occur every now and then with Microgaming games both on VS and other sites, but that is more hit and miss-some games never open, some fail and refresh opens them, some fail one day but work the next. I usually get a pop-up with 'authentication error'/'error 119'/'profile could not be validated' and to contact support. Support usually says to clear cache/sign in and out and then try again. I don't have Chat for VS on mobile so I just move on and play something else and then since it doesn't bother me on the laptop I forget to ask about it. Once at Trada, the rep said he will get IT to look into it and for me to hold while they fixed it. It took about 10-15 minutes, then the game worked after I was given the ok to log in/out and reload. Some games on VS for example include Mystic Dreams, Lucky Koi, Thunderstruck 2 and Ariana amongst others. It varies between sites though and it's getting a bit frustrating:confused: Anyone have any reccomendations?

I too on iPad have the same problems with all the games u mention. The mg games give me a unable to load error.

The Yggdrasil games sometimes don't load. And when they do load in the middle of a game they will close and reset repeatedly.

I have loads of problems on mobile, I tend to find changing browsers can help, and also switching the internet connection off and on again. A phone reboot helps too sometimes.
 
Did you do anything with the time on the site?

I set a deposit limit that was going to expire at 12:10 today. At 12:12 I tried to deposit but it didn't work. So I thought there was something wrong, so I attempted to remove the left hand one, only for it suddenly to change to next week at 11:14:

The time now is 12:23 in the UK and the time shows the same on the website :what:

Bit annoyed by it because it now means I can't either deposit until next week or can only deposit a maximum of £150 for the week once I can deposit £150 at 13:10 UK time I am guessing :what:
