Good question Colinsunderland. It would be nice to see where you stand. Sometimes like today (I think I probably had a 10% RTP) you dont need to question it but sometimes you do well and would like to know.

Could you somehow add this Dan. It would be an incentive for us and would benefit the casino.

I think I just had the same RTP OF 10%, Just AWFUL! Only 1 hour of play and only 1 free spins round out of about 8 slots. I have not played in about month or 2 and don't think I will be playing again soon and go to live casino instead.

The wagering requirement is counted within 7 days. Our system counts your wagering for the last 7 days which means that everything you wagered 8 days ago will not count.

At the moment there is no way to check your wagering except from support, we appreciate and listen to the feedback.

Dan, 2 questions please:

1. Could you check with WMS why they blocked their games in Thailand? There is no law against online gaming.

2. Small problem with FS
- lets say i get 10FS from a battle or one of your promos
- i play the 10FS, get some wins and the active bonus in my profile is removed after the 10 spins
- but if i do not have any win in those 10FS the bonus stays active until i forfeit it manually!!!

I lost just in this session some 500 counts on my DOA trophy-meter because i played earlier 10FS on Aloha which i won in the battle this morning. No wins and the bonus remained active. Only discovered it when i checked my trophy-meter as i knew i was approaching 10.000 wins on DOA.

The decision to not allow a country is something the game developers take; at the moment I do not have any additional information about why they have been blocked.

Hi Dan, Any chance you can investigate why my 18p bets are not getting counted towards the race? Didnt you mention that any bet around 16p - 17p equals to around 20 cents will go towrads the race? It not happening my side and have had hundreds of spins going no where, all I get back is a few p in cash back, Only when I bet higher than 20p I get the notification for race leader,

From their casino race page;

Minimum spin value in all of the races is £ 0.2. A spin of £ 1 or more will count as 2 spins towards the leaderboard and a spin of £ 2 or more will count as 3 spins.

So it looks like only spins of £0.20 and over count for the race. I found this to be the case when spinning at £0.18 on DOA when those spins don't count.
 
well live chat told me this would not be fixed until tomorrow so cut my losses and withdrew to play it elsewere :(
would be great if you could update here tomorrow once all is good again:D

Cheers mate but I have read that, Its that one of the reps said that less than 20p counts, If any one can find this I owe them a drink, They clearly said its what ever the exchange value is for the euro on the day, so theses 18ps should count,

Similar thing with R*sk and the Captain took the time to explain this to me,

I was out last night but I still not heard nothing back from VS reps to let me know the score but can assure you they said it
 
Hi spintee,

The lowest bet amount in order to make the spin count in the Casino Race is 0.20 for both pounds and euros. Keep in mind that you will also receive the prize money in your currency. The only occasion when the currency is converted is when it comes to Battle of Slots where everything is converted to euros.

Some of our players are experiencing that there is a delay on the spins and Scientific Games are working on a fix as we speak. This does not effect the outcome of the game.

Traveled to Malaysia today and just trying to log-in. Worked fine on my last visit to KL.

Just pointing this out in case other people are as lax as me in reading T&Cs. I played Holmes & the Secret of Stones today and wagered $95. It was up and down but I thought ... hey ... cashback ... casino race ... back at the Battle of Slots (i would have probably qualified were it any other game combined with what I had wagered this week). Lost about $25 on it but I wasnt too upset thinking I would get the perks. Did not realize this is a progressive jackpot game and it does not qualify for any of these things.

Anyway, yeah, I am pissed off but it is right in their T&Cs so I can only blame myself. I am sure most of you guys are aware but just in case thought Id advise you.

No Interlog. Does not count towards anything. Wish I had know this prior to playing this stupid godforsaken game that sucks anyway.

Actually perhaps Dan can clarify this but I do not think it does. I was under the impression that it does not qualify for anything after talking to chat help but I have to say I didnt specifically ask that question -- only about the race and cashback.

Hello barbara12.

Since the game features its own jackpot the spins made in this will not count for Cashback or Casino Race, nor can you play it with a bonus active. The bets you have made will, however, count towards the wagering for Battle of Slots.
