Yes, I gathered that now. Shame that the time shown in the bottom right hand corner doesn't match those times elsewhere on the website. The time on the bottom right hand side shows UK time, despite all the other times on the website being server time. It is the odd one out so to speak.

Maybe just my bad luck but.... be careful using the quick deposit method, that for me, is back as of today, but in my case took 5 duplicate transactions from my bank account and never showed in casino balance, just noticed when I checked my balance..... freaking out! it was only total $ 250 but this was my end of the month stretch till payday now my bills are going NSF tonight grrr....they better find it soon and get it back in my account, never been this angry at a casino before so just warning others on this quick deposit option in case.

I use visa debit, so the glitch or whatever it was duplicated my $50 deposit 6x so it took 6 withdrawals from my bank, but only registered the $50 in my casino balance etc.

To be fair they say they have sorted it but yes for all the fees and trouble caused I received $50 chip with 30x still attached lol, oh but I had to even ask for that. They don't care in my opinion, 32red would of had at least $100 chip in my account and money refunded in under 8 hrs.

I was going to go to the bank today and get advice but don't want any flags raised yet, so called bank earlier to ask the process, said if they just did a regular refund could take 4 to 8 business days to show, don't matter, damage is already done just have to make up my NSF payments. We can confirm that all transactions that didn't get credited to your account got canceled and refunded back the 27th of April. We can unfortunately not speed up how long it takes for the money to be back on your bank account due to the delay is because of the banks and their transaction time.

Yes they show as all separate transactions, but I agree since I really have no exact answer to what happened I don't know where the money is, my bank said they are competed transactions but they don't always know either when it's visa debit. All I know is its not a good feeling when you check your account and see your budgeted funds missing $250 to cover payments lol.

You are lucky, bank charges $45 per NSF, and the other party usually charges between $30 to $50 on top of that, I only had two payments that NSF but yes it adds up unfortunately.
