Hey there, I have had a few errors on VS mobile today also concerning depositing... I have been able to deposit successfully with Poli and Skrill so far, but only after having my Mastercard rejected with an error message-even after the first and second SMS verification code submission, it returns to the VS deposit page with error. Then, I will use a different method of deposit, which will go through as successful and my balance above the page will reflect the upload of funds but the page it reloads to still says an error has occured and to contact support@VS and so on. I just close out of that page and go into games as normal, but it's a bit strange!

Hello Everyone!

I have some important information for all players from United Kingdom. There have been some changes with the Auto-play feature in NetEnt games, you now have to set a limit in-game before you can use the Auto-play feature. The limit is called *if cash decreases by* and it helps you to control the Auto-play feature. I know this isn't you but the GC but ffs, if I set auto play at 100 spins at £1 a spin, I KNOW I can lose £100. Why should I be forced to set a loss limit, you are doing that when you set the stake and amount of spins! Stupid rule made by people who obviously don't have a clue.

Can it not be removed from the battles? Not sure why you have to set a loss limit in them?

That is down to new UK Regulations. I agree these regulations are stupid and do not help anybody, they only annoy - but they have to implement them.

I know, I did say I know its not VS who have done it, its more the battles, you shouldn't have to set a loss limit for those, it makes no sense anyway, I just took part in a freeroll, so my loss limit was £0.00, but had to set it higher or the game wouldn't play!
 
Same issue at my end, thought it was my internet connection or browser or similar and never raised it with VS.

As it is now i never know how i scored in the battle until i finish the spins, go out and restart the battle lobby. :confused:

Would be good to know what causes that??? :confused:

I was hesitant to ask :) As I bet your pissed of how many times you've been asked to do the normal BS,

To be honest, not many, but the customer service is terrible, I really don't think they have a clue.

I was still trying to sort it behind the scenes by email, but if theres one thing I can't abide is bad customer service, and if I ever catch a customer advisor lying to me then I refuse to speak to that person again, as they are obviously dishonest and you can't believe a thing they say. Unfortunately the person emailing me today was one of those who lied earlier in the week, so I asked that someone else deal with it, and he refused to pass it on, so the result is, my account will be closed next week after cashback has been credited, as I refuse to deal with him. Not sure why he couldn't do that, especially when 3 different agents emailed me the other day about the same issue, but losing a customer obviously doesn't mean anything to Videoslots. Just to be clear, I have been perfectly polite in my emails, and have never got angry or anything.

I can completely accept mistakes, they happen, but when they do and the customer queries it, it should be sorted out straight away, not have a lie told to you 5 or 6 times to cover that mistake. To me, thats unacceptable, and there are plenty of other casino's want my money.

Im new here but ive been reading the forum for a while. Great place for information!

I start to play at videoslot since couples of month. I love that place, the slot race, cashback...But since a couple of week, no matter what i do its the same thing : Deposit 25$ i can reach 75$ with several bonus round or "big win" than Nothing !! No matter the slot im playing...the result is the same sweet f*ck all . I have the SAME PATTERN for several time in the last week....always go up in $$ than nothing at all. I kknow this is casino...but what are the chance to have the same pattern each time ??! I try many slot...change my bet size....NADA.

Here is a tip - look at how the rewards work. Start playing slots that you have not played as yet (make sure there are trophies attached to them) and you will get rewards coming your way soon enough. You also get rewards on total number of spins, winning spins and as you progress through the levels though once you reach level 20 the step to level 21 is quite big.

Not sure if you qualify yet (actually, I am not sure what the criteria are), but once you're on the radar of the VIP team, they may reward you from time to time too with free chips (with wager requirement).

video slots isn't geared up for less frequent players . meaning i play there myself pretty much boom or bust , this doesn't register with loyalty in any way , if i make a 50 quid deposit & bust out at £1 stakes , your need to pass wagering of £500 quid just to get into the free battle to which mainly sit in the middle , i've had some really poor sessions there including RTP% below 33% , live chat didn't offer a thing, the cash back thing is great , problem there is i really don't want to sit grinding out 20p bets all day or for hours at a time again even with multi deposits unless your grinding your not getting much back.

As a casino & with there reps they are a good bunch , but they should look at those crappy sessions & offer better free bees & spins.

I do get as well now and then some free VIP bonuses with 20-30x WR but then i deposit mostly 2-3K every month and do go sometimes just as long without a withdrawal.

On average, i have appr. 10% of my deposits back in race winnings & cash back, sometimes as low as just 3-4% when i have poor sessions. But i take the wager free 10% anytime over 20-30% with 30-50xWR.

A further 5-10% come from extra VIP bonuses, so overall i am "happy as larry" with the level of attention i am getting at VS. This week i only deposited 30$ and had a total of 135FS from the battles giving me another 35$ to play, wagering with that nearly 4500 race qualifying spins and earning 12$ in cashback. Additionally, i had 14$ from last weeks race and and will have 23$ cashback today.

What i am trying to say is that even in a week with little deposits one can earn a nice junk of cash and have lots of playtime. Haven't seen this level of loyalty bonuses anywhere, especially WAGER FREE ones.

Oh yes, I understand your explanation-with earning rewards and eligibility for Battles etc... Though I had a quick squiz on the FAQs and couldn't find much more hence why I asked about the chips. Yes, curious though. I don't think I would technically ever be a 'high roller'/VIP anyway-if there was a minimum $$ limit to be one, I don't want to remind myself of past losses so would totally rather not add up all my $$$ spent to see if I did make it haha:)

Obviously I am not one to chase them as you can tell LOL, but that's almost reflective of my situation I suppose. In that, I feel like I am kinda at a stand still-trophy/reward wise and 'chasing' would be my only option if my intention was solely to play with freebies etc which it's not but it feels like the deposit bonuses and even 2X spins Race Chips have long gone since my early days. I turned my birthday chip into a withdrawal and so did I with the last free chip. Mind you it compensated towards the rather heavy losses I had that week :eek2:

In terms of depositing - I have been known to deposit £1,200 in a week so perhaps that gives some indication on how the VIP system works :what:

You can only reset them once you have collected all trophies for a particular slot. Look for the symbol to the left of the slot's name to light up on the "my achievements" page.

Go to -> my profile -> my achievements. There is the list of your trophies.

At each slot it will have a green recycle button if you completed all trophies. Click that and the trophies will be reset. Now you can earn them again and also collect the rewards that come with those.

If the button is not green click on the "+" sign on the right. It will open up now and you can see which trophies you collected so far and which are missing. If you hover over them it shows how much is missing.

You must have missed then quite a few rewards. And now i also understand your statement in the previous post where you said that rewards are plenty at the beginning but nothing later.

I recently collected the "80.000 wins" trophy in the casino, meaning i reset DOA probably about 6 x now, each round giving quite a few rewards, e.g. 25FS @ 0.90$. :D
 
I have to tell you what annoys me the most Harry. I have been on live chat and sent emails to their CS department several times complaining that I have not been receiving trophies/rewards lately. Not once did they ever mention about resetting these. As far as they were concerned everything was working properly.

In all fairness Dan did send me a PM asking me why I felt I was not receiving rewards any longer. One thing you have to say, they are always interested in our feedback and I do respect them for that.

Edit: Just received another PM from Dan and he said he added something for me (not sure what it is right now but I'll check later). Going to try and reset those trophies now.

I just want to say thank you for all the feedback we are getting and we do listen to everything.

I just want to confirm that we do have a reset function on our site so that means that you can reset your trophies if you have completed all of them under a certain slot. You can in this way continue to play your favorite slot and still getting rewarded.

The arrow to the left of the "Slot Name" will turn in to green when you can reset the trophies for that certain slot.

There have been an internal investigation and the whole team have been informed and we have implemented new routines now. There is sadly nothing we can do to change what happened but I can promise you that we have learned from it to make sure it doesn't happen again.

I have talked with our tech team and they informed that it should work now. It would be great if you could provide us with screenshots if you still have issues to use your card.

I am aware of how it happened, what I can't get my head round is, why the FIRST agent just completely made up a reason, and decided to tell me you send ID to another company, when, apparently, you don't. Thats just completely made up, not a mistake or error, and I don't understand why ANY employee would state you do something that you don't.

Im out now but will try later, screenshots won't do good, its the standard page with the text I have posted on here, a screenie won't make any difference to you, but will do it anyway.

Yes absolutely, now I am aware of this function I am now a bit more disappointed with the Live Chat help I received last time-when I enquired about a birthday bonus actually! I have mentioned it to Dan/Philip via private message here that the Chat rep was quite unhelpful at the time. I too had commented to the Live Chat that I had not been getting any rewards and how could I go about it and whether there were any promos etc. He said pretty plainly the usual copy and paste "we have cashback/races etc etc" and that "he can't add anything to my account, come back next year and chat to us and maybe we can give you a gift for your birthday and I need to start playing different games to get rewards"... He could of checked my account stats surely and informed me of this reset option, or given some examples of games to try playing instead but it was so basic and not necessarily rude-I mean, I understand that they can't always help the way we hope-but it just felt so impersonal I suppose and not friendly, just blanket responses and I left the chat feeling a bit bummed about it actually!
