Hi all,
I would just like to inform that it should now work to make a deposit and withdrawal as normal. Some players may still experience some problems to withdrawal to some credit cards and players from Norway that are depositing with credit card may experience some issues. We are working on fixing this as quick as possible.

We have also looked in to the feedback regarding Battle of Slots and the score should now update by it self and the re-buy button should come up by it self.

Hey there, I have had a few errors on VS mobile today also concerning depositing... I have been able to deposit successfully with Poli and Skrill so far, but only after having my Mastercard rejected with an error message-even after the first and second SMS verification code submission, it returns to the VS deposit page with error. Then, I will use a different method of deposit, which will go through as successful and my balance above the page will reflect the upload of funds but the page it reloads to still says an error has occured and to contact support@VS and so on. I just close out of that page and go into games as normal, but it's a bit strange!

I know this isn't you but the GC but ffs, if I set auto play at 100 spins at £1 a spin, I KNOW I can lose £100. Why should I be forced to set a loss limit, you are doing that when you set the stake and amount of spins! Stupid rule made by people who obviously don't have a clue.
Can it not be removed from the battles? Not sure why you have to set a loss limit in them?
That is down to new UK Regulations. I agree these regulations are stupid and do not help anybody, they only annoy - but they have to implement them.
Same issue at my end, thought it was my internet connection or browser or similar and never raised it with VS.
As it is now i never know how i scored in the battle until i finish the spins, go out and restart the battle lobby.

Try using one of our other deposit alternatives instead, instant bank transfers can be made with Trustly (Nordic countries), Instadebit (Canada) and POLi (Australia and New Zeeland).
Sorry but thats me done with you now, Dan you are fine, but your customer support is terrible and nothing gets fixed, not going to bother depositing again, as its a waste of time.

Yeah -- I would cash out. Unfortunately you have to play the game -- redeposit in order to qualify for the free battle rounds. You would think this would cost them money when people do this all the time. Gotta wonder
I will say that the rewards are crazy at first but they are totally non-existent after a while. So, for me, I am no longer a loyal customer as they are no longer loyal to me.

Here is a tip - look at how the rewards work. Start playing slots that you have not played as yet (make sure there are trophies attached to them) and you will get rewards coming your way soon enough. You also get rewards on total number of spins, winning spins and as you progress through the levels though once you reach level 20 the step to level 21 is quite big.
Not sure if you qualify yet (actually, I am not sure what the criteria are), but once you're on the radar of the VIP team, they may reward you from time to time too with free chips (with wager requirement).

I love VS but sometimes it's really a love/hate thing we have going on LOL... Currently sitting on Level 20 and can't remember the last time I had a decent reward in the Rewards tab. Oh, don't get me wrong-grateful for any freebie/gift/cashback promo they offer, but feel like it's not often enough so then I stop playing which is the Catch22 right! Yes, I know--play the slots to earn the trophies but sometimes that is a little bit easier said than done. Like, I just wanna log in, play some games at my own pace, maybe my faves, maybe a new one, maybe a 'hot' one, maybe a classic.. Whatever! But I would rather play my usuals and browse til something strikes my fancy-maybe it's blingy, maybe it's pirates-themes, maybe I saw it on CMand so on..
I don't reeeally want to tailor my gameplay to the trophies at the expense of my leisure (and balance)--what if I lose everything for one trophy out of the twenty needed?! Is the rewards going to be 50 FS or 5? Will it be worth it basically..?! Do I even like the game enough to justify playing it for the reward? And the mental debate continues
Alas, this is where the hate part of my VS relationship comes into it. I have had a birthday free chip and some chips thrown in a few times (all of them had a wager requirement of, if my memory serves me right, 20x). As I said, I have no clue how their VIP system works and what triggers what level of looking after your customer.
Edit: In my previous post, I wasn't hinting to chase the rewards so to speak (a bad move), I was attempting to explain how you earn them.
I think 20X is ok in terms of WR really and if it's a reasonable size chip then hopefully you scored some extra for yourself 

Make sure you reset the trophies once you collected all for one slot. That way you will know what you will be getting at what stage as they will be the same as on the first run

Harry -- I did not know about resetting trophies either. Maybe that is why I haven't been getting any rewards of late.

I have to tell you what annoys me the most Harry. I have been on live chat and sent emails to their CS department several times complaining that I have not been receiving trophies/rewards lately. Not once did they ever mention about resetting these. As far as they were concerned everything was working properly.

Oh I'm sure Dan & Philip are following this post. Che sera sera (in other words screw it).

It was the first agent you talked with that gave you wrong information and the second and third agent looked the first agents notes on your account and that is the reason why this happened. There have been an internal investigation and the whole team have been informed and we have implemented new routines now. There is sadly nothing we can do to change what happened but I can promise you that we have learned from it to make sure it doesn't happen again.
I have talked with our tech team and they informed that it should work now. It would be great if you could provide us with screenshots if you still have issues to use your card.

I have just played a battle and I achieved what I thought was the unbeatably low tariff of 86 points to be bottom of the pile. But no, that achievement was won by someone named Poo.
So I suggest you choose your battle name wisely![]()
