It can depend on several factors when it comes to Novomatic slots, it can either be that the casino doesn't have a license in UK and the other thing is that Novomatic decides what country every casino is allowed to have their slots in.

Not impressed with the 100% welcome offer, and has probably stopped me using them again. Wording doesn't make it clear either.

I deposited £17 expecting a £17 match, not realising you had to go into your account and activate it, fair enough, my mistake. So I activated it, went on live chat and asked if they could add the bonus as I had already spent the £17, but was told no and I had to deposit again to get it. Again, my mistake, although it could have been a lot clearer that you had to activate the bonus, but fair enough.

I deposited another £17 started playing it, then realised it wasn't released at 10% points of you spending, ie each £1.70, but at 10% of the bonus requirement. So you actually have to playthough around £340 from a £17 deposit to get the 100%.

It was late so thought I would probably do another small deposit today, logs in this morning, less than 12 hours after my last deposit, and the bonus has expired. wtf, so you have to spend your deposit 20 times before you get the full bonus, and in under 12 hours?

I know they get good reviews on here but they make the whole bonus system extremely hard to work, and for that reason I'm out!

Just have to say this casino rocks. Been a player sometime but really started to make reg deposits for the last month.
