I do not know the full story but for RTG to get games into the big casino they will have to get a bunch of licence's, At the minute they are in no mans land and if they went down the proper routes this will just about cut of 90% of there players due to jurisdictions etc,

If we are supposed to it should be listed, as a customer i dont care if the fee is charged by the company im buying a service from or theyr provider it should be listed.

Unibet listed the fee taken from their processor before making the deposit (not anymore as they are now totally free, they removed the fee from processor)

Just an update: I am getting refunded for all the fees i have been charged since i registered at Videoslots!

No one has hacked our email server, they are just using an SMTP server from which you can send emails from whatever domain you want without verifying that the domain is yours. So there is really not much we can do about it apart from informing as many of you as we can that it's not coming from us.
