Ok so this is about the 4th time i've seen this available at Videoslots. On each occasion i've tried to give it a go only for it to disappear and frankly I'm starting to find it a bit irritating.

Is this live now or not?

If not, why not test it in private?

Soft launch is a very common way when launching a new feature. You can read more about it here:

Its the softest of launches. if that's the case. Pops up for an hour or two and is pulled again!

Not really criticising as it looks like a great feature but the event deposited once specifically to try it out only for it to disappear again!

Everything has been working great this evening so I dont believe it will be pulled again. Its an amazing feature!
I believe the guys are making it official tomorrow.
 
Wms slots query

Greetings from sunny SA!!
Question about the wms games, when you guys 1st launched then I was able to play Zeus 3 and the whole range then got kicked and a message came up saying that the games are not available for my location, it's strange because this is the 1st time I've seen this provider not available to South Africa , what I'm curios about is this ?
Why are some of the wms games available like Bruce Lee and others but others not?
It's like they have been partitioned?

The only place I could play these slots was unibet... But hey.... After playing ragnarok ( genesis slot ) and winning 2 times the free rounds bonus.... The game crashed both times ... After 20 something emails to their very bad support, the conclusion is that I never won the bonus rounds.... So hey.... I cant tell you if it still works for wms because im never playing unibet ever again....

We had a technical error but now it's sorted and players from South Africa can now play all unbranded WMS games. However, SA players cannot play our branded WMS games.

I just went to test the torneys, Looked and have to deposit and spend £20 thats what I thought, Deposit £20 and go to load up and have to deposit £20 and wager £200 or £500, To top it of the £20 lasted all but a few minutes, I do not mind losing but wow not even a look in

I play VS more or less every day so the initial deposit issue isn't likely to be much of an issue. Staking over £400/£500 the previous day for some tournaments seems quite high but a lot of the regular ones don't seem to have the bar set as high.

As for losing your money, presumably you used that up in normal play to qualify? Just to be sure because when i first played the tournaments i thought my money had been flushed in double quick time but my deposit was still there so they're currently freeplay although i expect there will be some buy in ones in due course!

I really like it though and commend VS for this innovation on Netent platforms. Have to say, I'm considering rationalising my casino accounts at the moment as I'm a bit fed up of loyalty feeling like a one-way street. Has to be said, with VS its no BS and twice a week you know something wager free is coming your way. Occasionally get a few free spins by email or by rewards (reset feature is a big plus) and now this.

I might rather spend a few hundred quid at one casino rather than spreading it out.

Funny you should say that, as the last week or so that is exactly what I am doing, instead of 20 here, 20 there, I have just been going with VS.

Yes I have been saying it for some time now about keeping deposit to just a few sites, Now its time to do it, With the loyalty that VS gives back why play at others, Just hope you get good play time to boost your earnings, I think I got about 4p back of that £20 :) But that is the way the cookie crumbles,

Just to clarify, you need to deposit and wager different amounts for different Battles. No need to lose anything, just deposit and wager.

I am down quite a bit at videoslots overall but that was a few months ago and Immortal Romance can be a balance killer as we all know :p

However I am coming back following a deposit match offer and the tournies appeal :)

These guys know how to innovate and I love the casino. Only play at 32 Red and Videoslots. They both know how to treat customers :)

Remains a great site that is only getting better :)

Same for me 32red and Videoslot are my casino and i must say those battle of slots are so great... I can't wait to do some with buy in try the different category. Plus, money you got from freespins won on a tourney is Wager free.

As I've never played here before, quick question...

If I deposit and accept the 100% match bonus (I understand it's released in 10% increments) can I withdraw at any time or do I have to meet full wagering first?
 
Oh Nicola. Be very careful here. First of all, you cannot withdraw if you have a big win immediately as your real funds are tied in. Also, you are not eligible for any of the cashbacks, freerolls and anything else that is worthwhile. Personally would never ever accept a bonus at this casino ever again. I am not saying it is a bad casino -- just that the bonuses are not as good as they sound. 25x sounds pretty lucrative but not if you could have withdrawn had you won early in the game. I will play there again but will not take bonuses.
 
You are tied in.

If you are a high roller then good chance of busting out before getting all the bonus but if you are a low or medium roller it's more worthwhile in my opinion.

I took a bonus earlier today. Steam Tower quickly ate half balance but then got lucky and reached 16th floor on the free spins (highest). Played a couple of other slots then moved on to eggomatic.

I have played MGs Rabbit in the Hat a lot over last year at 32 Red and had heard that it was based on eggomatic. The latter is superior in my opinion and first time I've played it.

When you play with the welcome bonus you can make a withdrawal once you have met the wagering requirement which is 20 x your deposit. It's paid out in increments of 10% so when you have wagered 10% you will be paid the first instalment and so on.

Love VideoSlots but the last free spin offer i got didn't add to my account even though it said the code was accepted.

This is the second time it's happened. The first time i went, live help said i played the spins when i hadn't and my log clearly says that it failed. I didn't argue and i didn't go to live help second time.

OK -- bonuses are terrible. Deprive you of all the fun stuff offered at this casino plus tie your money in immediately. Having said that, I am totally down and out in gambling funds. I had $2.33 waiting for me in cashback so I thought -- OK couple of rounds on DOA and gone. Did not realize that there are rewards! Happened to check what they were (thought they were stupid trophy awards that meant nothing). Free spins on 3 different games. Also, casino race accelerated. Totally missed this and they would have expired tomorrow. Had quite a bit of play time for which I was quite grateful. Being the idiot I am played mostly on IR and DOA. But, still have about $8 left in the account for which I am grateful for.

So, yes, Videoslots is pretty much on my favorite casino list. Would prefer these rewards over bonuses. Albeit, I have not won a dime there but that's not their fault at all. At least I got lots of play time and had unexpected rewards.

So far, I have wagered £61,255 which is a decent amount of money. It will take me quite a few years at this rate before I get to the next experience level.

Anybody passed level 20 yet? What was the reward for achieving this?

Come on Videoslots - I know you can fix this!!!

Didn'T manage to pass level 20 .... so far im at 86000/210000 and yes i think the gap between 20 and 21 is too much too... maybe they will fix it in future.

Started playing at VS in Feb 2015 and I am currently here:

Will take another 9 months to make it to level 21 if i carry on playing there at the same rate :rolleyes: .... however, i have not heard from anybody that has reached level 21, maybe it is not even possible.
