As much as I love the way this casino is run this was my last deposit. There are some casinos that absolutely have no luck for me and this one is the absolute worse. I am sorry Phil/Dan -- you guys are standup guys and definitely are ahead of the league but sometimes you have to recognize that a certain casino is just not good for you and yours is absolutely dreadful for me. I cannot even get to the min $200 wagering to get to the free battles. Wish it only happened once but that is what happens every time.

Sorry to hear you are having bad luck :(

Please remember any given slot will give you the same odds at any casino. Videoslots have no control over a slot's RTP but I'm sure you know that.

I do "get" the temptation to avoid a casino you are having bad luck with but it really is smoke and mirrors. Your odds will be same elsewhere.

A few months back I had an awful run at videoslots and took a break but in reality my bad luck was due to the super high variance of Immortal Romance rather than Videoslots. I could equally have come out with a huge win - such is gambling.

You could always try mid variance slots. In the long run your RTP will still be around the 96% mark but you are far less likely to get huge losses (or wins).

That way you will be able to enter freerolls with hopefully less of a loss beforehand.

I totally agree with ProbabilityZero on this one and I am sorry that you (barbara12) have had such a bad streak on your last deposits.

We cannot control the outcome of any game. The odds on any game is the same regardless of which casino you are playing at.

Well if it some consolation i would say never to give up on some casino.
Me for an example,last year i had very poor luck on any of the casinos specially Guts and Next,so i was kind of thinking of same way,but this year everything was different !

I managed to cashout from Guts 4000 euros and Next 3000 euros and the year still didn't finished,as for VideoSlots had never cashout before 2 weeks ago.From one free ticket i cashed out 400 euros and another 150 euros from free spins,so you never know ...:rolleyes:
 
Interesting to look at this thread this again this morning.

Had a heavy session on videoslots the other day rapidly losing £200.

This morning I used my £7 cash back. Ran the same 80p spins I had lost £200 on Gonzos Quest and hit a beautiful £200 win on Free Falls.

Anything and everything can happen lol :)

As some might have noticed we have increased our casino race this week with 200 new prize spots to a total of 1547 winners and a total prize pool of £22,500!

With the increase some computers couldn't handle the live feed when too many players was active at the same time and game started to lag. Due to this we have inactivated the casino race live feed. To be able to update the race, you now need to press the small green button in the right corner to get the latest stats or to refresh the page. During the next week we are going to add a new setting in your profiles, so customers with high performance computers will be able to re-activate the live feed of the race. I will let you know as soon as it goes live.

Sweet, but how about increasing the prizes for the top-spots in the race? I understand that you want to increase your loyal customer-basis by giving something to almost all of your players, but I don't see suitable incentives for medium to high-rollers.

To have the top spot doesn't mean you're a medium or high-roller. It just mean you're playing a lot of spins :)
 
I strongly disagree with only letting the top 50 win something. That would be interesting for high and maybe medium rollers only.
But a golden middleway where you reduce the prices on general with say 10% and put that extra cash into the top 10? would be 25 000 extra for the high rollers without hurting the low rollers to bad :)

Because the casino like any business exists to make money which wouldn't be possible making top rollers EV+

I doubt an EV+ top prize is even possible. All that would happen is that if you increased the top prize further people would spin more to attain it thus lowering its value. However perhaps Philip will come up with something which rewards the extra contribution high rollers make.

Personally I like things just the way they are. So many casinos look after high rollers at expense of casual players. Videoslots has adopted a framework whereby the size of your wallet doesn't determine your treatment and that is truly admirable :)

Hands down the best casino I have ever played at. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE A THING. I am down on this casino but sometimes what they give back you really don't mind. For instance, I played the free 15 spins given to us at Seven Highs and won a small amount. Went to another slot and won a wee bit more (santoris secret -- such a cool game if you hit the bonus). Today I made my first withdrawal of $40 (yeah, I know -- pocket change for most of you). While playing I was rewarded a 5.50 Euro ticket for a battle, perhaps am eligible to win a $5 prize for the race. Made the withdrawal and within less then 5 minutes I received an email saying that it had been processed. Like I say, I am still down $$$ wise but I had a lot of fun and way more play time then other casinos. Videoslots are one of my favourite casino's and thats not because ive had a few wildlines on DoA either hahaha but because i can just go and deposit $10 for a bit of fun and not having to worry about getting to say $40 to cashout. I look forward to Monday's and Fridays and really enjoying the new Battles. All that said, their customer service and payout times are A+++

haha no, But that's what people do so the rest of us have no chance, BUT you should not be chasing the race anyway as you will be spending way way more then you are getting back.

I was first place right away but already the next day someone had twice the number of spins and now I have fallen down the leaderboard as I am not playing as I did withdrawals or won't be playing until maybe the weekend.

As mentioned yes and that's what I have been doing lately as I am on a DOA, Immortal Romance, South Park kick.

But if you have like 4 slots open you really have to pay attention to your balance as it goes quickly when no slots are paying and even if you do min bets you are doing over $1.00 at a time.:)
 
I recently reached level 20 and I'm at 40K XP now, so about 170K remaining before reaching level 21.
I did get a message from vip(a)videoslots.com so I may have been entered into the VIP-program.
I did send some feedback but I didn't hear back.
Apart from a 100% bonus up to €100 I haven't noticed much different.

I have had a change of luck though - finally got to try lightning fast payments :)

fs from thropies been already at 0.90 even before touching lvl 5.
and i also got emails of 100% bonuses but i prefer a tough d+b 40x than actual structure so never took any.

sorry i couldn't give you more info, but i never really looked at those levels anyway. When playing at VS i watch my bets to get the best playtime in regards to cashback and casino race, more than i do at other casinos :rolleyes:

Talking bad about videoslots is like cursing in the church on this forum. Ive never seen any casino come close to that reputation, and there is a reason for it :) i like bonuses and also had a issue with them which made me loose a decent sum but they gave some compensation. Even better they implemented a fix so no other player will experince what i din. Imagine if thoose self exlusion bullshit casinos were run by the same People! For non bonus play it dont get better than videoslots imo
 
I signed up for this casino as as result of reading this thread. Can I just say that I'm not a sore loser and I know the ups and downs of the slots, but NEVER in my gambling career have I had such horrendous bad luck on a site.

Yes, yes, it's all random I know, but I literally played thousands through Rhino, Zombies, Montezuma etc. Highest win on Rhino (80p stake) - £20. 700 spins to get the diamonds at one point. Zombies no feature at all on £1.20 stake, highest win £12. Montezuma no feature at all for hundreds of spins. All those lovely little rewards and races popping up, all very slick, and balance drained to zero with next to no bonuses and no enjoyment. I think my RTP must have been about 20%, no joke. Don't expect to win, but a bit of entertainment would have been nice rather than just watching dead spin after dead spin after dead spin.

Anyhow I'm just reporting my experience, I've taken such a battering that I've self-excluded from it (for the first time ever at a casino in my life) so that I'm never tempted to return! I hope the rest of you have more luck.

Sorry for your badluck on videoslots. Not a big suprise to see raping rhino rape your bankroll though. Montezuma is a high variance slot also :) If you chase the big wins... You will often get big losses unfortunately. Bad luck or not... If you hit a big win there... No stress afterwards... You wait a couple of days and you spend the money.

I'm not sure about how you would feel to hit 20k on a rogue site and never get paid... I prefer having bad luck on videoslots lol...

There are other good accredited casinos my friend. Good luck in your future spins.

There is a few sites that do this to me, Albeit them machines you mentioned tend do that alot of time, Maybe you just had good luck on them b4,

But I also agree that gambling should be for entertainment only, And when your cash gets crunched up with nothing but dead spins than there is not much entertainment there
