Wow that’s a long time in same boat I think I’m gonna be the same as you stuck on it years I’m guessing high rollers would reach it much quicker than the average Joe. When reaching level 21 wonder if the jackpot wheels are worth anything cos I’ve never had a decent one always seems to give me £5 or 10 spins and the spins are always dead haha.

The wheels get better as u advance . You get bronze, silver , gold wheels etc. And minimum on bronze is £50 cash. But way I look at is even if i wager 5000 every month which I won't it will still be another 2 years to reach level 21. Think minimum from special wheel is £100 not sure. Still not worth chasing it.

Yeah defo not worth chasing it if you reach it then cool but chasing and wagering 21k to get £100 back not worth a wank.

Thats 180k to go not 18k lol.

You probably understood what I meant but just in case you thought I made a typo or something.

It is a staggering 210 thousand pound roughly to get to wheel 21. Not 21 thousand pound. Which is why I doubt I will see it as by time I wager another 110 thousand pound wheels will probably be gone.

Had a guess you had thought I meant 21 thousand in first post. Tell me about it been on level 20 for years now and will never get to 21.

It is the only level like that. Just means low rollers or less frequent players will never get by it.

It's not as if they don't know about it - they were told (I'm sure here and no doubt in CS emails) when they 'lost' verification data from customers a few months ago and had exactly the same thing. It was only when you deposited you found out you couldn't play a spin.

An email saying my document has been rejected because my name isnt visible
It's dead centre, 1st, middle and last name in block capital bolded letters and the largest font on the page - my 80yr mother, who has cataracts in both eyes, can read it from across the room

And that there are no recent dates on the document.
It shows it's the 30 day transaction history with three purchases made in july from my bank clearly showing the day, month and year

Short fuse and wasted days for just wanting to give someone my money (well, actually, they already have it, I just cant use it)

It's put me off playing there ever again after reading this saga and I had my own withdrawal saga with them not too long ago so I know the frustration and anger !

VS is long gone to shite since that changeover.

I’d personally rather pay a fee on deposit or withdrawal and actually have some chance of winning on higher RTP slots, than play something that will 99.9% of the time just bleed your deposit dry in a matter of minutes.
 
so is it on wagering or just money in/money out turnover?
So if someone deposits 20 euro and does 1000 euro in wagering, they have to pay 53 euro tax
or if someone deposits 100 euro, wagers 50000 euro, then withdraws 900 euro they pay 53 euro tax?

If it's the former then surely no casino can survive? The latter isn't much better but at least they have a chance.

Deposits/Withdraws don't matter. You have to pay the tax on every bet. Wager 1.000 you have to pay 53€ no matter if you win or lose.

On top of that the new rules are:
- 1€ max bet
- 5 seconds per spin
- no auto spin
- 1.000 deposit limit across all providers (not loss limit, deposit limit)

The core of the matter, online gambling is dead in Germany.

And the worst part is at the moment as a player you don't know if you are allowed to play or not. And you don't want to mess around with the tax office.

There are other rules that don't make any sense at all. But I don't want to derail the VS thread any further. Sorry for that.
