Too late now! I assumed as the battle ticket has a date on it, it would only let me use it on that particular date as on today.

They’re valid for 24 hours from when you enter the code. I’ve been getting them every three out of four Saturdays for the last couple of months.

A bit more variation in the games would be nice. And that Thunderkick Cerberus one can go. My Mac is ancient and can’t cope with it.

Not true, you can use the code anytime you want after you receive it, otherwise it would be entirely pointless when you are already qualified.

As Videoslots seem to be at the forefront of casino innovations I wonder if it would be possible to add a time out function to individual slots?
Many players are in control of how much they spend but can come unstuck when they get drawn into playing their fave slot/s and end up spending more than they intended. I recently found myself getting drawn into depositing a little extra after getting drawn to secrets of the stones and I would love to time out from it so I can comfortably play other slots which I have no issue with playing and leaving.

We have this feature implemented on the Swedish and Danish market, you can easily restrict specific game categories for 24 hours. I will forward your feedback and see if we can add this to everyone.

Am I missing something @Team.Videoslots I got my first freeroll battle voucher in about 2 years, it accepted the code and when I try to register for anything it tells me I have not enough XP points?

I really appreciate you forwarding my suggestion. Last night I opened a bottle of joy and towards the end I hit secrets of stones. I made extra deposits again because it really does suck me in. Luckily it ended much better than usual but if I was able to exclude myself from that slot before having a few sherbets I would be fully in control playing any other slots

PS. Before I get unwelcome phone calls or messages suggesting that I have a gambling issue I do not. It is simply a control issue that I think would be a huge benefit to players who have a fave slot that can easily draw them in too much

@Team.Videoslots I was forced to use the mobile site after a lightning strike, and the sorting is 100 times better than the desktop version of the site! can sort by date, RTP, volatility etc. Why isn't any of this possible on the desktop version? If it's allready on mobile it shouldn't be too much work to also add it to the desktop version?

Finally made it to level 21 and won £200 on the wheel. Half way through £1 bets on BOD I get a message saying I'd hit my monthly loss limit. Instead, every spin was taking from the active loss limit. Seems the £200 didn't top up my loss limit as rewards normally do and I've been left high and dry. Can't even register for Tuesday madness now.

Took out what was in my vault and that didn't even top up my loss limit like it usually does. Has something changed?

On closer inspection something has gone wrong somewhere. Monthly limit doesn't reset until 11th September, meaning previous cut off date was 11th August. I have a 300 a month loss limit and a 100 a week deposit limit. So even if I had deposited week of the 11th and 18th to the max allowed, the £70 I deposited today wouldn't have taken me over the 300 loss.

Strange system.
