No, you were told what Videoslots believed to be true at the time. They can only go on what Edict were telling them, and I'm sure it was passed on with the best of intentions. They're not obliged to tell you every single detail either, because some of it is none of your business. The *** state of some people in this thread ffs.
For me it is all about being honest to your customers as well as being transparent. No agro accusation on my part at all.

The issue was not that the games paid out wrong it was that the bets did not register and therefore players could win without betting. I do think that this is a major issue that needs proper communication cause trust is the most important part between player and operator, so any conflicting or unclear information is going to create friction.

The issue was that bets did not register correctly, winnings were still paid out so that is not part of the malfunction.

Not sure if this was directed at me, but I was told at 7AM this morning via email that only two games were affected. By then, Videoslots knew it was all of the Edict/Merkur games.
I called that a "pack of lies" and stand by it. Whether deliberate or not, I was given the wrong information which is very disappointing because they were meant to thoroughly look into my query. To be told my games were not affected (when they were) because it was not one of the two original games mentioned, makes you wonder how thorough that investigation was.
My last word on this, the way that this has been handled by Videoslots was not ideal. The mixed messages given have not helped them at all.
