Wrong. This year's that works out at much more per day than £5, also the from date in the first is not accurate, I just started it at 01-01-2015, because I started playing around 2015 at VS. I just selected the earliest to make sure to cover it all.

EDIT: I just edited the above From date with the more accurate date I started playing at VS. Turns out it was 2015-10-01.

LOL, yeah well I am only up £369 this year, but I have had crap luck for a long period of time now. My deposits the last few months are way above withdraws.

Well I personally don't play slots at all anymore; the person whom you were quoting had apparently lost $24k with just above 50% RTP, and I just doubt they found that to be entertaining ;). During the past week, the Swedish Gambling Comission took things one step further and banned *ALL* loyalty programs/contests/races. It used to be that you couldn't offer bonuses tied to deposits. It's now just plain slots, on slow-mode, with a 3 second pause between each spin & no loyalty programs, no bonuses, no contests. I'll pass.

I just had an interesting thought about the malfunction funds. Videoslots could extend their goodwill to those that didn't get a cash out by saying , ok the funds are in your account but non withdrawable and have a wagering requirement of 35x max stake 5 and 7 day limit ,that would be a good gamble as most will lose . It's just a thought . What are your opinions as those who may of lost first and not know of the glitch and have some that accrued .

I do play merkur, and when i do its mostly magic mirror and gold of persia for me, maybe a bit of dragons treasure.
I would like to think i would have contacted support if i noticed no money was taken while i was playing, but its honestly hard to say.
Opportunity makes the thief or how the saying goes.

Same thing happened to me but even worst.

On Friday i won 2 k euros on Fruit Mania /Arabian Nights . In chest game i had 3 question marks and made a top ladder (made a ps). I thought to myself finally i got lucky after around 100 k lifetime loss on various casinos. And it all went smooth i cashout 2 k euros.

And yesterday i decided to make a little deposit (13 euros) i was playing 10/20 cents on Rasputin, Bonanza, Danger High voltage and Gold cup.

I managed to reach 200 euros and in the middle of the play my account gets deactivated.

I contacted support and they told me they are having some technical issues that will be solved that day. I thought to myself fine until i recived phone call from Private number. On the other end of line was Videoslots representive and he told me i had to return 2 k euros that i won on Fruit Mania or they will contact police.

He was so rude! So i contacted live support. They told me same thing without any proofs and they were so offensive towards me too. They didn't give me any explanations whats so ever. All they told me there was technical issue and you didn't need to win 2k euros, you have to return money or we will contact Police.

I been gambing for around 15-16 years and i been loyal Videoslots customer for 3 years and i never experienced such treatmant.

Was there mistake last week when i lost 200 euros within minutes? Whats the point of playing Casinos if they can take your winnings if there was 'issue' in their system.

They can say whatever they want but i won if fair and square.

So yesterday i recived email from Videoslots that my account is unlocked and my balance was reduced from 200 euros to 39 euros (in attachment)

I am still under shock with all this non sence! If they can treat me like this and do this kind of stuff where is a point in playing online Casinos.

They told me that they had issues with Edict provider as far as i know Fruit Mania/Arabian Nights is uner Gamomat

Hope you guys are going to support me!

Being devil's advocate here, and despite the countless police quips and wariness of VS' actions, if player(s) really did work in tandem to quote 'rinse them out', then I have to take my player hat off and say it's pretty shitty towards them or any casino!

Yes, most of us thought that too. I'm not 100% sure if VS have disclosed the whens and whys, but of the '20' or so players that played these faulty games, an unspecified number of them were carrying on playing, upping bets etc with the knowledge the games were completely bonkled

The glitch was when you click the spin button, the bet never taken away from your balance, but if you win from that spin that winnings were added to your balance. They noticed the glitch and increase to the bet size to max bet.-The balance was not showing on the game-
The guy Collin quoted made 9K from increasing to max bet from 20 cents bet with $25 deposit,and another guy made 20K etc.

There are around 20 people who won big money during this glitch, I'm pretty sure not all of them are fraud, but let's talk about common sense here.
$25 deposit, start with 20 cents bet, and suddenly increase to $10 betting and winning 9K?

Also, it is confirmed some of those 20 players are friends to each other, they denied they shared the information about this glitch, but who knows?

Okay? So they should of logged off and reported that they were winning could they please look into it, and because they didn't. The one that actually cashed up and received his winnings are criminals?

Well, that's the grey area and hard to determine who 'cheated' and who unwittingly played on without knowing.

The real uproar was VS' use of threatening with the police, that's the crux of the matter

That 50k I told you I won but didn't cash all of it out because I panicked? That was from me betting and winning on every bet. I increased my bets to 25 dollars and kept going into bonus. I panicked because I thought the bank would turn it away, but that was years ago. Just last year it dawned on me it was probably a glitch, but I didn't clue in at the time, and I still cant say it was.

It is fraud because they increased to max bet knowing what the glitch is-the bet was not taken away from the balance-. They took advantage of the situation.

Just as an aside, that's actually exactly how I bet when I hit a winning streak, not bumping instantly from a quarter to $10 spins, but moving up a bet level or two at a time each time the heartbeat of the "ACTION" slows. I've often times started at the lowest wager and found myself 30-60 minutes later spinning at $5, $10 and sometimes even $20,$30,$40+ per spin...

As I said not all of them are fraud, but not all of them are innocent.
Especially those players who are friend to each other more likely shared the information for sure.
